Kim Kardashian Keeping A ‘Low Profile’ Until She Drops 70lbs


According to a new report by Hollywood Life, Kim Kardashian is keeping her world-famous curves out of the spotlight until she says bye bye to the 70lbs of baby weight she gained while pregnant with her son, Saint.

A source allegedly revealed to the site that Kim has purposefully been keeping a low profile in the months since she gave birth to her second child on December 5, 2015, and is planning on continuing on flying under the radar until she’s dropped a few more pounds through her weight loss plan.

“Kim is keeping her post-baby body on lockdown until she feels she has lost enough weight to be seen,” an insider supposedly told the site of Kardashian’s recent absence from the media lens. “Kim is careful to cover herself up if she absolutely has to go out in public. She has been very strict about keeping her body out of sight until she has finished shedding all of her baby fat.”

The source also revealed to Hollywood Life that Kardashian, who undoubtedly looks great at any size, is on a serious mission to shed her baby weight and supposedly won’t “be happy or satisfied until the last few pounds are off” and she’s back, or at least close, to her pre-pregnancy body.

But while it sounds like we’ll have to wait a little while to see Kim back out showing off her curves on the red carpet, according to Hollywood Life‘s insider, Kardashian is so determined to shed those extra pounds that she probably won’t be MIA for too much longer.

“Kim has been working out like crazy and eating healthy,” the source revealed of Kardashian’s unwavering dedication to getting in shape, adding that her mission it to look great in her first public picture with her son. “She knows there are tons of photographers waiting by her house for the first pictures with baby Saint and she wants to look perfect.”

“It was months before Kim felt back in shape after having North,” the insider continued of Kim Kardashian’s race to get fit after her first pregnancy, adding that Kardashian “is on her way to perfection again.”

Just this past weekend, Kim took to Instagram to give fans a glimpse at her workout routine as she she appeared to be heading out on a hike with her famous family. “Super Soul Sunday time before Super Bowl Sunday time with Khloe & Lamar,” Kardashian captioned the nature shot, which showed a long up-hill path in front of her.

Kim took to the social media site again one day later, when she posted a snap of some goodies sent to her by fashion house Balmain, which she suggested were her “inspiration” to lose weight. “#SpecialDelivery Thank you @olivier_rousteing and @balmain for the motivation!!! [sic]” Kim captioned the photo, adding “LOL #SOON.”

Kim has also been noticeably shy when it comes to showing off her body on social media in recent weeks, with the majority of her Instagram snaps and selfies only featuring her face or upper torso.

Kardashian, who’s never been shy about showing off her body to the world, even appeared to be covering her tummy in a photo posted on January 27, where she was sporting an-all black ensemble with a fur wrap.

Just last month, Kim Kardashian confirmed that she was about halfway to her goal weight in a tweet posted to her official Twitter page on January 19.

“I’m so excited! I’m 30 lbs down today but 40 to go!,” Kim Kardashian told her more than 40 million Twitter followers last month. “I’m so focused. I will show u guys my workouts on my app & share my Atkins plan too!”
