Is Gwen Stefani Wearing A Ring From Blake Shelton? Sparkler Has Been Spotted On Her Finger Numerous Times

Gwen Stefani is wearing a ring, and you know what that means: There’s already speculation that Blake Shelton gave it to her. Unfortunately for Shefani fans that really, really want Gwen and Blake to get engaged, the sparkler is on the wrong hand to be an engagement band.

Gwen Stefani showed off what appears to be a diamond ring over the weekend when she took her three sons—9-year-old Kingston, 6-year-old Zuma, and 11-month-old Apollo—to a Los Angeles park. The band could be seen on the ring finger of Gwen’s right hand while she pushed Apollo’s stroller. It’s seemingly not an engagement band, unless Gwen Stefani is purposely wearing it on the wrong hand, but Hollywood Life suggests that it could be a gift from Blake Shelton.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Blake did recently delight Shefani fans by gifting Gwen with her very own horse, named Halo, so it’s not that hard to believe that he also bought his girlfriend of three months a piece of jewelry. However, a guy buying a diamond ring for a gal that’s head-over-heels in love with him is tricky business—there’s a high likelihood that she’ll automatically assume it’s an engagement ring, so her boyfriend will have to awkwardly explain that it’s intended to be a normal piece of jewelry either before or after he gives it her.

Gwen Stefani’s bling might not be an engagement ring from Blake Shelton, but it does appear to mean more to her than most of her accessories. The day after she took her sons to the park, the Daily Mail shared photos of Gwen wearing the same ring on the same finger to church. It looks like she’s also rocking the band in this February 2 Twitter photo that was taken in a recording studio.

The ring is on Gwen Stefani’s finger in another studio photo that was snapped on January 7.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Gwen and Blake spent the holidays together in Blake’s hometown of Tishomingo, Oklahoma, so it’s possible that Blake Shelton gifted his girlfriend with the non-engagement ring on Christmas. Us Magazine reports that the couple attended a December 27 Arizona Cardinals game shortly after leaving Oklahoma, and the ring is visible on Gwen’s hand in photos that were snapped during the event.

However, the ring was already on Gwen Stefani’s finger a few days before Christmas. It can be seen on her hand in a December 19 photo shared by the Daily Mail that shows Gwen and Blake driving to the airport to jet off to RaeLynn’s engagement party in Nashville, Tennessee. Blake helped organize the Christmas-themed event for his former The Voice team member, and the party included a fun photo booth with various props for guests to pose with. Gwen’s ring is visible in one of the photos.

There’s a slim possibility that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton got engaged before Christmas and that Gwen is purposely wearing her engagement ring on the wrong hand to keep Blake’s proposal a secret, but something Blake recently said seems to indicate that he’s being careful not to rush things with Gwen. Last month, Entertainment Tonight caught up with Blake Shelton while he was doing a little grocery shopping and asked him if he and Gwen Stefani are planning on becoming permanent roommates and starting a family together.

“I think it’s awfully early to be talking about that, don’t you?” Blake said.

You’ll notice that Blake Shelton wasn’t asked if he and Gwen Stefani are engaged, so his answer shouldn’t completely dash the dreams of Shefani fans who are hopeful that Blake has already put a ring on it. There’s plenty of evidence that Gwen wears that ring rather often, and it’s unusual for a fashionista like the “Hollaback Girl” singer to rock one accessory over and over again. This is why it seems pretty obvious that the ring has some special significance to her.
