‘Suits’ Season 5 Spoilers: Could Rachel And Mike Have Shotgun Wedding?
Tonight, viewers got to see the episode of Suits they have been waiting on and Mike Ross was arrested. All five seasons of Suits viewers have been waiting for the big reveal where everyone would find out that Mike is not really a lawyer. Suits had a huge lead up to it, but now the cat is out of the bag. E! Online was able to share some big spoilers about what you can expect during season 5 of Suits.

Patrick J. Adams, who plays Mike Ross on Suits, was really excited about where this season of Suits was going with his character. He revealed that he knew this was coming on the finale of Suits and how he felt about it.
“I’d known since the beginning of the season that this was where we were sort-of headed. I didn’t know how we were gonna get there or what it was going to look like, so the final script was a nice surprise. I loved that it didn’t happen until the final moments. I thought it was a great pay-off. But I’ve been super excited the whole season, and to be honest, for a couple of years.”
Harvey and Mike will be working close together on Suits to try to clear his name somehow, but they aren’t the only ones involved of course. Now that Rachel’s fiancé is in trouble, she will have to decide what to do. Tonight on the premiere of Suits, Rachel told him more than once that she plans to stick by his side. It doesn’t look like there will be a Suits split coming, so does that mean viewers will get a Suits wedding instead?

Meghan Markle, who plays Rachel on Suits, was asked about what might happen next with Mike and Rachel. She revealed a bit of what to expect on Suits. She was asked if the idea of these two getting married for spousal privilege will come into play, and she said, “Yes, it certainly does.” Does this mean that Suits might end up having a shotgun wedding for these two? There is no confirmation, but it does sound very possible that they could go that route with the story line. Obviously, Rachel’s dad will not be happy if they decide to tie the knot right away.
TV Line shared a few more spoilers about the rest of this season for Suits. Executive producer Aaron Korsh spoke out about the future of Suits and Rachel’s future as well. At this time, Korsh is sharing that Mike and Rachel probably won’t be having their big wedding on Suits with this hanging over their head. Here is what he had to say about their Suits wedding.
“They’re probably not going to go out and have the wedding while this is hanging over their heads. On the other hand, life goes on. For the time being, the wedding will be put on hold, but we will not forget that there was supposed to be a wedding.”
There are only five episodes left of this season of Suits, so things are going to move pretty fast. Only time will tell if Rachel and Mike decide to try the knot, but viewers can’t wait to see how Suits decides to let it all play out in the end. This is going to be one interesting season of Suits.
