Jennifer Lopez Suffers Major Wardrobe Malfunction On Vegas Stage [Video]

Oops! Jennifer Lopez is putting her world famous booty on full display following a major wardrobe malfunction at one of her recent All I Have Las Vegas residency shows.

As shown in the video below, TMZ caught a close-up of Lopez’s seam busting moment, where Jennifer completely split her bodysuit at the derriere whilst taking a bow at the end of her Sin City show on January 23.

Lopez was reportedly at the end of the show when the embarrassing moment happened, though Us Weekly is reporting that Jennifer carried on to finish the show for the thousands of fans in the audience at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort And Casino.

Though Lopez has kept pretty quiet about the bodysuit split so far, Jennifer has taken to her social media since the wardrobe mishap hit the web to share photos and videos from the third night of her Vegas residency shows.

Post-concert, Jennifer Lopez shared an eye-popping video of herself sliding across the stage in a sexy fringed costume and knee-high boots. “Sliding into 2016 like…” Lopez captioned the fan-posted video, alongside the hashtags “#ALLIHAVE, “#JLoVegas” and “#JENuary.”

Though her most recent Instagram post was incident-free, Saturday night wasn’t the first time Lopez has suffered an on-stage mishap during a performance.

Back in 2009, Lopez took a major fall during a performance at the American Music Awards after losing her footing after jumping off a dancer’s back. The accident happened while Jennifer was performing the track “Louboutins” at the awards show, but ever the professional, Lopez jumped straight back up after the fall to finish the show stopping performance.

KISS FM host and Jennifer’s “American Idol” co-star, Ryan Seacrest, later quizzed Lopez about the on-stage slip-up on his radio show, where she joked that her hitting the floor was actually just a part of her energetic choreography.

“Did I? Did I? Did I trip a little bit? I don’t even remember,” Jennifer joked to Ryan shortly after the “Louboutins” performance, “I meant to do that — You should know me better than that. That was part of the choreography.”

Ryan later told Jennifer that she made “the greatest recovery ever” following the slip-up, to which Jennifer replied, “The measure of things is not what happens when you fall, it’s how you recover when you fall.”

But while Jennifer Lopez had so far avoided any on-stage wardrobe malfunctions (until now!), it was just two months ago that one of Lopez’s dancers split their skin-tight costume during another American Music Awards performance this past November.

As reported by the Daily Mail last year, while Lopez was hosting the 2015 American Music Awards, her female backing dancer suffered a very similar wardrobe issue when her own bodysuit split to reveal her bare behind. According to the site, one of Lopez’s dancer’s costumes completely burst open at the booty while Jennifer was performing a medley at the big music awards show, which was aired live around the U.S. on ABC.

We’re guessing Lopez will probably step up her wardrobe game in the next few months, particularly if she wants to avoid any embarrassing mishaps during her rumored potential performance at the 2017 Super Bowl.

Hollywood Life reported earlier this week that Lopez is using her current Las Vegas residency shows “as a place to show the NFL that she should be the Super Bowl halftime performer next year,” as she’s hoping to score the coveted half-time spot for the first time in her lengthy career.

Though Lopez and the NFL have so far stayed mum on the rumors, a source allegedly revealed to Hollywood Life that the football company “would definitely be interested” in booking Jennifer for Super Bowl 51 “and would be happy to take on those discussions but not anytime soon.”
