‘Teen Mom’: Jenelle Evans Files Charges Against Ex, Arrest Warrant Issued
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has filed larceny charges against her ex-fiance, Nathan Griffith, after she claimed Nathan stole items from her totaling around $1,000. Now an arrest warrant has been issued.
According to Radar Online, Jenelle Evans claims that her ex-fiance and the father of her youngest son Kaiser, Nathan Griffith, stole items from her including a car seat, jewelry, and tanning lotion.
“She claims he took a car seat, bracelet, tanning lotion, clothing and some other items with a total value of a $1000,” Lt. Brewer of the New Hanover County Sheriffs Office in Wilmington, North Carolina, revealed, adding that it is a misdemeanor larceny charge.
It seems that after Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans and her current boyfriend, David Eason, couldn’t locate her car in a long-term parking garage. Nathan Griffith had taken the car, which is registered to both him and Jenelle. While Evans couldn’t report him for stealing the car, she could file charges for stealing the items in the car that belonged to her, and that is exactly what she did. A warrant for Nathan’s arrest has now been issued.
“He took jewelry, an iPad, a car seat, stroller, her kids’ jackets, her jacket, tanning lotion worth a lot of money, and more,” a source claimed. “Nathan knows where she parks the car when she is out of town and he has spare keys.”
The insider went on to reveal that Jenelle Evans tried to call Nathan Griffith for two hours after realizing her car was gone but didn’t get an answer. Her mother, Barbara Evans, wouldn’t answer the Teen Mom star’s calls either.
“Jenelle is going to get a new car, so she could care less about that,” the source said. “But Nathan’s not the greatest person for doing it in the first place and it hurts Jenelle so bad that he would do this to his own son.”
“He literally went and stole the car and didn’t even visit with Kai while up there, but complains about not seeing him,” the source added.
Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith have had an explosive relationship for years. The couple were often seen getting into screaming matches on Teen Mom 2 and had called the police on one another more than once. Since splitting the last time, the pair have been battling over time with their son, Kaiser.
Jenelle Evans has moved on with her new boyfriend, David Eason, whom she loves to rave about online, saying he treats her really well and is great with her sons, Jace and Kaiser. However, Jenelle’s mom, Barbara, may not be a fan of David. Babs reportedly had the cops called on her for yelling at David at Jenelle’s home recently, although one side of the story claims the police were only there to get Barbara to move her car from blocking the street outside of her daughter’s home.
Jenelle Evans has had a string of bad relationships from Kieffer Delp, whom she claims got her hooked on heroin, to ex-husband Courtland Rogers, who was also a heroin addict and was sent to prison just before Evans filed for divorce. Jenelle then got pregnant with Courtland’s baby and had an abortion. Not long after, Evans began dating Nathan Griffith, with whom she often argued. The two had their son, Kaiser, and even got engaged before calling it quits for good. The pair have both moved on to dating other people but seemingly can’t stop throwing jabs at one another.
Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith’s relationship woes will be highlighted on the new season of Teen Mom 2 when it returns later this year.
