Saint West Pictures: Did Kanye West Reveal The First Photo? Plus, See Kim Kardashian Post-Baby

Is Saint West featured in a new Instagram photo? According to a report by Nylon Magazine on January 24, a new photo has hit social media, which features North West, the oldest child of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, feeding an infant, who is lying in a rocker. But is the baby really Saint West?

The account, which shared the alleged Saint West photo, was labeled “Private Kanye,” so right away, after the pic was shared, many assumed Saint West was the baby in the photo, but as Nylon Magazine later revealed, the photo was actually weeks old, and featured North with her cousin, Avery Anderson.

At this point, there has yet to be any photos of Saint West’s face revealed, but weeks ago, Kim posted a photo on her Instagram account, which showed Saint West’s holding big sister North’s little finger.

Meanwhile, Kim is steady in her effort to lose the weight she gained during her pregnancy, which totaled about 60 pounds. In fact, Kim is taking her weight loss a step further, claiming she hopes to lose a total of 70 pounds, which will take her back to her weight before babies. While 70 pounds may seem like a lot to lose, Kim is already down 30 pounds since welcoming Saint West less than two months ago. In addition, the longtime reality star will have the help of the Atkins diet plan, which she’s endorsed on Twitter.

“Kim is staying on track with her weight loss progress and taking it day by day. She is very busy with [Saint West] and North in between of taking care of herself and being a wife,” a source told E! News on January 8. “Running around with the kids definitely helps with shedding some weight, and she has been working out and eating healthy.”

However, that doesn’t mean Saint West’s mommy is totally deprived. Instead, the longtime reality star is allowing herself to cheat — but only on occasion.

“She still eats things that may not be the best for her but does everything in moderation,” the insider explained, also revealing that Kim’s entire family loves to cook, which is often a major temptation.

“All of her sisters have been popping by and giving baby [Saint West] lots of attention and love,” the insider added. “North is loving baby Saint and has been a great older sister during this past few weeks. [North] is turning into a little lady and is very smart.”

While it remains unknown when Saint West will make his big debut, Khloe recently discussed the possibility of Saint West’s reveal taking place on her brand new talk show, Kocktails With Khloe, which debuted last Wednesday night on FYI. As E! News revealed earlier this month, Khloe initially enjoyed the idea, and noted that the debut of North took place on her mother’s former talk show, Kris, years ago. Then, after pointing out the basis of the new series, which is surrounded by booze and gossiping women, she explained that having Saint West join her and her guests may not be the best idea, after all.

“I don’t know if debuting [Saint West] on a cocktail show where everyone is wasted is the best place, but we will see,” the 31-year-old explained last week. “I was thinking, ‘Why didn’t I think of that earlier?’ and then I was like maybe it’s not the best for it, but you never know.”
