Kenya Moore Has Birthday Dinner With NeNe Leakes, Sheree Whitfield, And Cynthia Bailey

Kenya Moore celebrated her birthday with some of her The Real Housewives of Atlanta co-stars. Kenya, who turned 45 on Sunday, posted a photo of herself with NeNe Leakes, Sheree Whitfield, and Cynthia Bailey in a restaurant. One of Kenya’s hashtags for the photo said that it was a birthday dinner.

The photo shows all of the women posing like models. In her caption, Kenya described NeNe and Sheree as “#TheOriginals.” As for herself and Cynthia, Kenya said that they’re “#TheUnforgettables.” While Kenya and NeNe have fought over the “Queen” title on Real Housewives, Kenya extended the title to NeNe, Sheree, and Cynthia on her birthday, as evidenced by her hashtag “#4Queens.”

While Kandi Burruss, who just gave birth to her son, wasn’t at the birthday dinner, she did send Kenya a birthday message. Kandi posted a collage of photos of herself with Kenya. Kandi told Kenya to “twirl till she can’t twirl anymore.” Anticipating that some of her followers will criticize Kenya in their comments, Kandi reminded them to have “no hate.”

On the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, which aired on Sunday night, Kandi picked up Kenya on the way to Kim Fields’ beatless brunch. After a viewer tweeted her surprise upon seeing Kandi and Kenya together in the car, Kandi sarcastically asked if it’s against the law.

While some people tweeted that Kandi’s conversation with Kenya in the car was hilarious, others told her to be wary of getting too close to Kenya, who they said is not a good person.

It’s likely that Phaedra Parks wasn’t invited or didn’t accept the invitation to the birthday party. Phaedra has had drama with Kenya Moore for several seasons now, due to Kenya’s flirting with Phaedra’s now-estranged husband, Apollo Nida.

It doesn’t seem as if Kim Fields was at Kenya’s birthday dinner, either. It wouldn’t be surprising if Kenya didn’t invite Kim, since the two women did not get along while filming the latest season. As viewers saw on Sunday night’s episode, things between them got especially heated during Kim’s beatless brunch. Kim asked the women to come to her house for brunch without makeup on in order to celebrate natural beauty, or “where the canvas is when it’s a little more blank.”

Kenya thought that Kim was being condescending. When Kandi picked her up and saw that Kenya was wearing a face full of makeup, Kenya said that she’s not letting anyone tell her what to do.

“Because I’m a grown-ass woman that will not be told what to do.”

At the brunch, Kim gave each woman a compact to remind them of their natural beauty and a notebook and pen so that they could write poems about natural beauty. Kenya voiced her displeasure.

“When I listened to [your invitation] and it said that we needed to be reminded that makeup is to enhance our beauty, I did feel that that was a jab or an insult. I don’t think that anyone should tell me how I should look. I guess that’s what I didn’t appreciate in the invitation.”

When Kim replied with a “okay” and swallowed, Kenya immediately asked if she was doing “the dismissive thing again,” to which Kim replied that she was just swallowing her food.

In her interview, Kenya pointed out that Kim is hardly natural.

“Where does the natural beauty end. Because you’ve had two boob jobs and you’re wearing a wig. Is that a part of your poem?”

Kenya actually made fun of Kim’s hair before stepping in her house.

“The last time I saw her she had a wig on her head that looked like two poodles fighting.”

Kenya and Kim got into more drama later on, when Cynthia Bailey asked them to co-direct a commercial for her eyewear line. Kim remarked that there’s usually not co-directors but agreed to work with Kenya since Cynthia asked. In her interview, Kenya called Kim “pompous and arrogant” and criticized her past work.

“She’s so freaking pompous and arrogant. I’ve worked with her before and Tyler Perry literally directed the episode that Kim was supposed to direct me in. That says enough.”

A preview for the rest of the Real Housewives of Atlanta season shows that things will get even more heated between Kenya Moore and Kim Fields, with Kenya insinuating that Kim’s husband is gay, and Kim walking off after Kenya shakes her chair during an argument.
