Danny Trejo Plays ‘Fallout 4’ As Himself, Shares Character On Twitter

It seems that Danny Trejo has some free time, as he recently tweeted about playing Fallout 4, the fifth installment in the role-playing game by Bethesda Softworks. He is about to open his own restaurant in L.A., as the Inquisitr recently reported, but it looks like Trejo also enjoys playing video games during his free time.

On January 12, Danny shared the character he plays in Fallout 4, and the resemblance can’t be denied.

In Fallout 4, players are free to create their own characters through different character customization tools. Many players have created players that resemble celebrities, but it looks like Danny Trejo likes playing as himself. The character customization tools allow players to tweak their facial features, hair, body type, skin color, face type, and lot more in order to create their own unique character, which they will play in the game. It isn’t known if Danny created the character himself, or if a fan made it and only shared it on Twitter.

Fallout 4 is set in a post-apocalyptic version of Boston in 2287. Players come out of the Vault, an underground location that serves as the base. In the game, players can level up and get experience points by completing quests. Fallout 4 has received positive reviews since its release in November, 2015.

Many were impressed with Danny Trejo’s character in Fallout 4, but as many noticed, even the handler of the official Fallout twitter, Danny’s character is missing his signature long locks, as Gamespot reported.

It also looks like Danny Trejo just got into the game recently, but that’s not surprising, as he isn’t new to the Fallout world. According to Comicbook, Trejo has a history with Fallout and Bethesda, as he voiced one of the characters in Fallout: New Vegas, which was released in 2010.

Danny voiced the character Raul Tejada, a former marksman who eventually became a mechanic and handyman in Tucson, Arizona, known in the game as Two Sun. He eventually ended up in the Mojave Wasteland where he was held captive. Other voice actors included in Fallout: New Vegas are Ron Perlman, Zachary Levi, Matthew Perry, and Felicia Day.

Trejo is known to play the villain in various television shows and movies. Aside from his on-screen appearances, he has also lent his voice talent to other video games, such as Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Call of Duty: Black Ops.

Danny Trejo’s character got delightful reactions from both Danny Trejo’s fans and fans of Fallout 4, with many alluding to his Machete character.

Danny Trejo played the titular character in Machete, a movie directed by Robert Rodriguez. The movie was Trejo’s first lead role, and it tells the story of Machete Cortez, a Mexican federal who must save a kidnapped girl. The movie also featured Steven Seagal, Robert De Niro, Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Alba, and Don Johnson. Machete was followed by its sequel, Machete Kills, which was released in 2013. The second movie was also packed with stars, including Mel Gibson, Antonio Banderas, Sofia Vergara, Amber Heard, and Vanessa Hudgens.
