Kylie Jenner Smoking Scandal: Teen Puffs E-Cig On Snapchat

Not a day goes by when Kylie Jenner isn’t causing controversy. It seems like the reality star loves using her Snapchat account to rile up her fans and to create headlines, and here we are again.

Just a day ago, Kylie Jenner, 18, raised eyebrows when she posed semi-nude for a bondage-inspired video shoot for photographer Sasha Samasonova. The video shows the model wearing nothing but a black strappy bra and a black thong with garter straps and thigh-high stockings. Now Jenner is creating controversy for filming herself smoking on her already infamous Snapchat account.

Fans are freaking out over the fact that the young Keeping Up With the Kardashians star may have involved herself in a potentially bad new habit. On Thursday, Jan. 7, Kylie took to Snapchat to share a video of herself smoking an unknown substance from a vaporizer or e-cigarette. The controversial new video was then uploaded to Instagram, which features the starlet puffing away. Check out the clip for yourself over at the Kylizzlesnapchats Instagram page.

In the short clip, Jenner is sitting in the passenger seat of a car with her raven hair styled in braids. She’s also seen wearing a black jacket with black leggings. She then looks over at the camera as she takes a puff from her electronic cigarette. She lets the smoke sit in her mouth for a few seconds before exhaling it. As Jenner exhales, she blows smoke rings, like she’s done this before.

The clip has some of Kylie Jenner fans wondering what she’s smoking in the electronic device. Some have remarked that she may be smoking marijuana. According to the Daily Mail, these vaporizers can be used to smoke weed, but they are mostly used to smoke e-liquids which are often flavored and can contain nicotine, which is more harmful than weed.

While vaping is known to be healthier than traditional tobacco cigarettes, recent studies shows that inhaling these vapors can increase the risk of pneumonia.

It’s strange that Kylie Jenner would post such a video, considering she slammed the drug rumors that circulated last year when she was supposedly heard saying she was “high as f**k” in a Snapchat video.

In May, 2015, the teen took to her favorite social media app to share a series of videos of herself with Tyga flying in an airplane. In the clip, Kylie jokingly declared that she was “high as f**k” before biting into a piece of food. Of course, her fans thought she meant she was literally high in the video.

The reality star was mad over the drug allegations, so she took to Twitter to clear them up.

It’ll be interesting to see if Kylie Jenner responds to these allegations about her smoking weed in her new Snapchat video. Kim Kardashian-West has advised her little sister to maintain a professional image. In an upcoming episode of KUWTK, the mother-of-two told the Jenner teen that she has to maintain a professional image, even when she’s using social media.

“I just wanted to go over with you … I feel like you’re totally, like, the vibe of Yeezy,” the 35-year-old said in the recent clip. Kim was talking about the time that Kylie walked in Kanye West’s debut in February of 2015 show for his Yeezy Boost line at New York Fashion Week, as stated in a Us Weekly report.

“You know, [Kanye]’s like, such a perfectionist obviously, and this is a really big deal, to do a second show. His first show did so well, you know, the second it’s like — even that much more pressure. So I just want it to be perfect. It’ll be so much fun and I want you to like, be profesh.”

Kim Kardashian was excited for her little sister’s big moment, but she feels nervous because Jenner is notorious for sharing Snaps, even when she’s working on set of a photo shoot.

“I’ve been hearing things like, ‘Kylie makes people wait because she’s on her phone,’ or if she’s at photo shoots she brings a ton of friends. So I just want Kylie to know just because Kanye is family, like, this isn’t a casual situation. She has to be really professional and go with the flow.”

Rumors have also been swirling that Kylie Jenner is also “freaking out” over the news that Kim Kardashian is joining Snapchat because she thinks that Princess Kim will steal her thunder. But teens are the demographic on Snapchat, and there’s no doubt those teens will be constantly checking out Kylie’s Snaps, not Kim’s.

Despite her controversial new video, King Kylie has used Snapchat to her benefit. She recently showed off her new classic Nike Dunk High sneakers and Nike Air Force 1 sneakers designed by Ricard Tisci of Givenchy. Jenner seemed really proud to add to her already impressive collection.
