Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton Plan Love Nest: Miranda Lambert Dates Dude With Dark Past & Earns Gwen’s ‘Like’

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are tuning up their romance in 2016. After surviving some tough times last year, including her divorce from Gavin Rossdale and his split from Miranda Lambert, Gwen and Blake found love on The Voice. And since then, Shelton and Stefani have been heating up their hook-up from his Oklahoma stompin’ grounds to her favorite pizza place in California. That left Miranda seeking her own country crooner, and she’s found one — albeit with a somewhat dark past. Get the details below.

When it comes to Gwen and Blake, they’ve made no pretense at hiding their PDA and happiness as a couple. And Stefani and Shelton took the usual joy of the holidays to a whole new level by spending it together, reported Country Weekly.

Christmas Day took them to his native Oklahoma, and they were spotted several days later cheering at an Arizona football game. The wine tasting in California then beckoned. And because Gwen has three children, a visit to her own hometown in California, which is Anaheim, and time with the little boys also provided Blake a chance to bond with Stefani and her family.

The couple’s representatives confirmed that they were dating in November, but it took a few months before Lambert found her own love in Anderson East, an Americana singer.

As for what’s next for Gwen and Blake? Despite tabloid reports, 46-year-old Stefani is not pregnant with 39-year-old Shelton’s baby. Instead, the crooning couple has a new dream and that’s to buy a home together in Oklahoma, according to Hollywood Life.

Out with the old, in with the new seems to be their theme for 2016. So in addition to letting go of previous relationships and holding onto each other, Gwen and Blake are plotting to purchase a love nest as part of their fresh start on life as a couple, a source told Hollywood Life.

“Gwen and Blake are thinking about buying a love nest! Gwen loves Oklahoma and she actually thinks it would be a great place for her boys to grow up.”

However, that same source revealed that they want to make sure the timing is right for both of them. And with the hotels and baggage required every time they want to visit Shelton’s beloved Oklahoma, it’s getting more tempting.

As for the three little boys that Stefani shares with Gavin (Kingston Rossdale, Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale, and Apollo Bowie Flynn Rossdale), Shelton has already charmed them, the source also revealed to Hollywood Life.

“They absolutely adore Blake! He’s like a big kid himself so they kind of think of him as like the 4th brother,” added the insider. “He loves to play video games with them, put them on his shoulders, and he even built a fort with them!”

While that all bodes well for Blake as a daddy when and if Gwen becomes pregnant again, it’s not their priority right now, revealed that same insider. Finding their first home together comes first on the list.

“The next step is to move in with each other. Blake wants to be with her at all times. He loves the feeling that he would be able to go home and she would be there,” revealed the insider.

They’re considering Los Angeles as well as Oklahoma for their love nest.

But with all those plans to move ahead, it seems Gwen at least hasn’t forgotten about Shelton’s ex Miranda Lambert, reported the Daily Mail.

And Miranda definitely has not ignored the PDA between Shelton and Gwen. It began when Lambert made the highly publicized decision to follow Stefani on Twitter. That recently was reciprocated in a way, when Gwen “liked” one of Miranda’s tweets. Although Stefani is not following Lambert, her “like” on Twitter indicates she is aware of what’s happening in Miranda’s life.

Life doesn’t take place only on social media, but Lambert, 32, apparently felt that was the best place to flaunt her own new romance with Anderson East. Miranda posted a photo showing her snuggling with her new boyfriend, reported Billboard.

Her 27-year-old boyfriend is shown getting cuddly with Lambert, and just in case anyone had doubts, Miranda made it clear that the PDA was not pretense in her caption.

“The snuggle is real,” wrote Lambert.

However, Anderson East has an arrest in his history, according to Radar Online.

In 2007, Anderson (whose birth name is Michael Cameron Anderson) was arrested following a stop by police after he was driving without turning on his headlights. When police detected an odor of marijuana, Anderson confessed he had “smoked a bowl” the night before. In addition, the police alleged they discovered an ounce of pot in his auto.

Charges included reckless driving, possession of a controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia, with a $250 fine and a probation of almost a year for the charge of a controlled substance. Following the completion of the probation, East’s charges were dismissed.
