Miley Cyrus Reunites With Ex In Australia
Miley Cyrus decided to spend her New Year weekend in Australia and she has appeared to rekindle an old romance for the new year. According to E! News, Miley Cyrus and her ex-fiance were spotted together bringing in the new year. Seeing the two together has created a buzz stating that the two will be getting back together.
Miley and Liam Hemworth called off their engagement in 2013 after previously postponing their wedding a few months before. The singer and the actor met each other while filming the 2010 film, The Last Song. Even though the film was not well received, fans loved the union that was created by Miley and Liam because of it.
Even though the two have been split up for two years, they were on good terms, which is rare after most Hollywood break-ups. Whenever mentioning each other in the press it was always done with good regards and with compliments on the success that each has experienced.
Miley Cyrus was happy to state how she felt regarding Liam a few months after they had originally split
“I’ve known this guy all that time and if it doesn’t work out I can still smile and love him and he can love me and that’s great, that’s the way to be. Life is too short.”
Liam, in a recent interview for Men’s Fitness, touched on his past relationship with Miley Cyrus
“I mean, look — we were together five years, so I don’t think those feelings will ever change. And that’s good because that proves to me that it was real. It wasn’t just a fling. It really was an important part of my life and always will be. She’s a free spirit. I think she’ll always surprise people with what she does, but she’s not a malicious person in any way. She’s a young girl who wants to do what she wants to do.”
The love and respect that they clearly show for each other may be the drive that will bring these two back together officially.
Miley Cyrus recently assited Liam in finding a new dog for him to adopt. This shows just how close the two have been in recent times.
Vanity Fair reviewed the timeline for the New Years weekend Miley and Liam spent together. On New Year’s Eve, Miley and Liam were seen in attendance at a Wild West party. There was no account for the two until January 3, where they attended the Byron Bay Falls Music Festival with Liam’s family. The couple were later seen backstage with Liam’s brothers and their wives having a drink.
Even though fans were unable to capture pictures of the two, due to security restrictions, Miley and Liam were being affectionate with each other out in the open as they enjoyed the concert set later that evening. Fans took to social media informing the world of how cozy the two were.
There has been rumors that the two have gotten back together and the New Year weekend has only added more fuel to the rumor mill. The history that is Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth would make it easier for the two to get back together in secret before revealing to the world. Whenever Miley and Liam are ready to confirm their relationship status many hope that it will have a wedding date close.
