Nick Gordon Shares Controversial, Photoshopped Christmas Card With Bobbi Kristina, Twitter Reacts [Photo]
Nick Gordon has been under the media radar for the past couple of months, but now he’s resurfaced with a Christmas card that has caught the attention of social media users everywhere. On Wednesday, Dec. 23, Nick shared an image featuring him and his late girlfriend, Bobbi Kristina Brown.
According to Yahoo! News, the “Merry Christmas” photo card, which features a festive photoshopped background, captures Nick and Bobbi Kristina wearing Santa Claus hats. Although the gesture seems relatively innocuous, it’s actually a very controversial move considering all of the legalities Nick is now facing as a result of the 22-year-old’s death.
By now, most people are well of aware of all that has transpired between Nick Gordon and Bobbi Kristina’s family. For those who aren’t exactly aware, Bobbi Kristina, the late daughter of singers Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, was found unconscious in a bathtub inside her townhome in Roswell, GA on Jan. 31.
Almost immediately after she was rushed to the hospital, her family began pointing the finger at Nick Gordon. However, her family members weren’t the only people suspicious about the series of events that may have occurred prior to her hospitalization. The riveting story sparked a media firestorm, and several news outlets also reported about suspicions based off Nick Gordon and Bobbi Kristina’s turbulent relationship history.
Although the Houston and Brown families exhausted all options possible to keep Bobbi Kristina alive, she never regained consciousness and succumbed to the injuries she suffered on that fateful morning. On July 26, nearly six months after the bathtub incident occurred, Bobbi Kristina was pronounced dead at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, GA.
One month after Bobbi Kristina’s untimely death, Nick Gordon was hit with a massive $10 million lawsuit for wrongful death. According to Radar Online, court documents revealed the lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina’s conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, alleges, “Ms. Brown died due to a violent altercation with Gordon after which he placed her in a bathtub, unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture.” However, that’s not all.
According to US Weekly, Nick has also been accused of verbal and physical abuse. Since Bobbi Kristina was reportedly missing teeth when she arrived at the hospital, many are led to believe some type of argument led to physical abuse that may have occurred earlier that morning or the previous night.
“Consistent with and to the letter of the civil action I initially filed on behalf of Bobbi Kristina, we will continue to pursue justice for her,” Hargrove reportedly said in the lawsuit, according to the Daily Mail. “We will leave no stone unturned in seeking justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown.”
The lawsuit also accuses Nick Gordon of withdrawing an undisclosed amount of money from one of Bobbi Kristina’s bank accounts while she was unconscious in the hospital. Since Nick is a prime suspect at this point in the investigation, many Twitter users were quite shocked about his post. In fact, some users even found it a bit disturbing.

At this point, no criminal charges have been brought against Nick Gordon, but there is a possibility he could face murder charges if substantial evidence is found to link him to Bobbi Kristina’s death. The death of Bobbi Kristina Brown is still being investigated by the Fulton County police.
