Al Roker defends Speidi interview

al-roker

Today Show weatherman Al Roker has spoken about his interview Monday with Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.

For those who missed it, Roker actually showed up other journalists by not going easy on a pair, who among other things claim they’re the most famous people in the world after Obama, and only in second place because Obama lives in the White House.

Roker stood by his interview, telling Today Show host Meredith Vieira that he “asked what a lot of people wanted to know” during the interview. In response to Spencer’s suggestion after the interview that he would have ripped Al’s “head off” except that he “was recently saved by Jesus,” Roker replied “I would have dumped him like a bag of dirt.”

Here’s the Al Roker response video, and if you missed it yesterday: Al Roker vs Speidi.

Listen,I can't stand Speidi, however, Roker sounded like a drill sergeant. No personality. Even him being the weatherman for the last 100 years sucks. He acts like he's a seasoned reporter (he's a Keith Morrison wannaabe.) I get physically sick looking at this guy. The man should retire.
