On Monday (June 19) Brown and his fiancée Alicia Etheridge swapped vows in private wedding ceremony in Honolulu, Hawaii, surrounded by close friends and relatives.

People magazine reports the happy couple, who were engaged in 2010, tied-the-knot just one day after Bobby and his bandmates in New Edition performed in the Hawaii capital and he announced from the stage his intention to marry Etheridge while he was in town.

Following the joyous event, Bobby Jr. showed off the happy wedding party via a tweeted picture on Instagram (seen below).

In the shot, Bobby Brown is shown wearing a red suit and Adidas sneakers, while his lovely bride Etheridge dons a simple white strapless gown with an accompanying necklace. The couples’ 3-year-old son Cassius — who also had ring bearer duties in the wedding — matched his father in red in the photo.

While the majority of Bobby’s children (Landon, 23, La’Princia, 22, and Bobby Jr., 19) showed up to celebrate their father’s special day, the Daily Mail reports that 19-year-old Bobbi Kristina — his daughter with late ex-wife Whitney Houston — was not present.

Instead Bobbi Kristina was seen along with her grandmother, Cissy Houston, shooting scenes in New York for her upcoming Lifetime reality television show The Houston Family Chronicles.

The reality show will follow those closest to Houston as they cope with the singing legend’s death.

As pointed out by E!Online, Bobby Brown and Alicia Etheridge’s wedding ceremony came just four months after the death of Brown’s ex-wife, legendary singer Whitney Houston, in February.

    Weirdo celebrity.

  3. Seriously people, Leave this man and his family alone! He has a right to happiness like everyone else. Whitney is gone! Nothing will bring her back and this man was not responsible for her death. Whitney was a grown woman. She made a choice to continue to use drugs. They were divorced! Why shouldn't this man be allowed to move on with his life?
As for his children, Whitney knew about his children when she married him, as seen on their show- his children were part of the family. they were always included. When you marry the man/woman you marry the family.I find it ironic that everyone is so focused on this man and yet it is okay for her own daughter and family to be filming a reality show right now about Whitney. This man man is not profiting from Whitney's death, he is just getting married.
