Kim Kardashian Shocked Kourtney Reunites With Scott Disick, Kim Might Need Hysterectomy Due To Pregnancy Complications [Video]

Kim Kardashian got the shock of her life on the latest episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians after discovering Scott Disick spent the night with Kourtney. Luckily, Kim, who is just days away from giving birth, did not go into premature labor over the incredible shock.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have had an on-again-off-again relationship for several years, but after Scott was caught cheating again, the Kardashian clan thought the pair were off for good. Kourtney and Scott have three children together, but Kourtney has primary custody as Disick receives treatment for substance abuse.

According to People, Kim Kardashian was catching up with Kourtney about her relationship when Scott himself entered the kitchen, apparently after having spent the night.

In the scene, Kourtney tells Kim that Scott just wants “my family,” and Kourtney asked him “what are you doing to try to change your life?” Kourtney confesses to Kim that there is “just a lot that would have to happen for him to like, get on a good path,” according to People.

Kim agrees, telling her sister that “it would definitely be a process.”

“Do you think you would ever, like, forgive him and get back with him?,” Kim continues, but before her sister can reply, Disick joins the conversation and explains he can’t find his car keys. People reports that as Kim hides her face, Scott interrupts that he has “never heard so much f**king noise in one house.”

Kim, who is “in shock” that Kourtney might return to her ex, confesses in an on-camera interview that she has not “seen him in so long, he obviously spent the night.” Kardashian said she was shocked that Kourtney “didn’t mention that he was there.”

Are Scott and Kourtney reuniting? Even Kim doesn’t know. But Kardashian thought her sister was “really strong and firm,” explaining that she does not understand.

“And now, like, are they back together?” Kim continues. “I just don’t understand.”

In addition to questions surrounding her sister’s relationship, Kim is concerned about her upcoming delivery and the health issues surrounding it. According to Perez Hilton, when Kim Kardashian was pregnant with North, she suffered from preeclampsia. Kim had to be induced early to ensure a safe delivery.

The placenta, which should have released after delivery, did not come out, and doctors had to scrape the placenta from Kim’s uterus by hand — a big reason why Kim had trouble conceiving her second child.

Perez Hilton reports that Kim is concerned because with “the issues I had last time, my risk of having preeclampsia and placenta accreta are increased.” According to Kardashian, “there’s not a whole lot I can do to prevent it, so my anxiety is a little high leading up to my delivery.”

To make matters worse, there is a small chance Kardashian might have to have a hysterectomy if her “condition is severe enough,” the reality star confessed. Kim also pointed out that her “doctor doesn’t think this will happen,” so Kardashian is “trying to go with the flow.”

According to the International Business Times, because of her condition, Kim Kardashian might be induced as early as Thanksgiving, although with a delivery date of December 25, it seems unlikely she will be induced that early. In addition to possible preeclampsia, Kim also has gained 52 pounds during her pregnancy and might have gestational diabetes.

In a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest, Kim revealed that this pregnancy will be her last. Kardashian confessed that she is “so over it… I am beyond over it,” telling Kanye to never “make me go through that again… How miserable it is, swollen feet and heartburn. It is the worst.”
