Khloe Kardashian Tells All, From Lamar Odom ‘Love’ & James Harden To Caitlyn Jenner & 35-Pound Weight Loss

Khloe Kardashian is ready to let go of all her secrets. Whether it’s the choice that she faces between her estranged husband Lamar Odom, who continues to fight the biggest battle of his life in a hospital room since he was discovered unconscious, and boyfriend James Harden, or her seemingly hostile attitude at times to Caitlyn Jenner over the transformation from Bruce Jenner, Khloe is sharing all the details. Oh, and about the plastic surgery rumors? Yup, Kardashian has got those covered, reported E News.

When it comes to Lamar, Khloe wants to make it clear. Although she’s firmly supporting Odom, Kardashian is not breaking up with her boyfriend James Harden over her husband. Khloe cancelled the divorce that was almost finalized after she learned of Lamar’s health crisis. Kardashian has been caring for him since she first learned the news that he was unconscious.

But that doesn’t mean they’re back together in terms of marital intimacy, Khloe emphasizes.

“My biggest wish is for him to be happy. I still have a great deal of love for him,” Kardashian admitted.

As for James Harden? That’s definitely romance, and the downside comes from the paparazzi and press pushing on them for photos and details. Khloe revealed that she’s apologized to her Houston Rockets sports star for so much attention, as she prefers to call it rather than fame.

“Our family brings a different amount of—not fame—attention. Instead of just being known for his talent, he’s now known for being someone’s boyfriend. We’re used to it, but for a person new to this, I’m like, ‘Oh, God. I’m sorry.’ “

Kardashian also is ready to talk about what viewers noticed concerning her own occasional outbursts during the Keeping Up With The Kardashian episodes that focused on the news that Bruce Jenner was a transgender woman, named Caitlyn Jenner, and planning to transition, particularly in the specials entitled About Bruce. Khloe admits that the struggles shown on screen reflected her own challenges.

“It was difficult for me that Bruce wasn’t honest with me. The transition had nothing to do with it,” insists Khloe now. “I love Caitlyn. She still likes us to call her our dad, but it’s hard when, you know, Dad’s now wearing a dress.”

But what it isn’t so challenging are those rumors that Kardashian underwent plastic surgery. Instead, the 31-year-old finds it flattering that she’s gotten into such great shape by working out and dieting that people think she’s gone under the knife. Khloe shared all the details in an interview for Redbook’s December/January issue.

“Once you start getting in the tabloids claiming you have fake body parts, then it’s like, ‘Okay, I made it. Now I’m really working out,’ ” Khloe stated of her take on claims that she had plastic surgery.

Kourtney Kardashian feels the same way, according to Khloe.

“Kourtney said yesterday, ‘I got so happy because someone said I had butt implants.’ And I was like, ‘Doesn’t it make you feel good?’ She’s like, ‘I really feel good. I’ve got to keep it up!’ ” shared the 31-year-old.

As to precisely what Khloe did to succeed with her 35-pound weight loss, Kardashian is dedicated to working out and sticking to her diet, her trainer Gunnar Peterson shared in an interview with People.

“Khloé gives as much to the gym as the gym gives to her. She’s in love with fitness,” Gunnar revealed.

Kardashian works out five days every week with her trainer. They do intervals on both the lower and upper body, and Peterson recommends movements that include multiple body parts for the best result.

But just working out isn’t enough, the celebrity trainer added in his People interview.

“As the changes have come, the diet has tightened up. You can’t out-train a bad diet, and you can’t out-diet a bad lifestyle. She’s made better choices when she eats. She’s been more conscious about working on sleep habits. She hydrates better.”
