Greg Hardy, The Rapper Nelly And Nicole Holder: 5-Feet, 10-Inch, 110-Pound Nicole And Her Words About Nelly
The Greg Hardy domestic violence photos showing Nicole Holder with bruises has brought more questions about the event, and what role the rapper Nelly played in the situation. After Nicole’s testimony of the incident was released, along with photos of Holder sporting bruises via Deadspin, the police narratives of the Hardy-Holder incident spill more beans about Nicole’s relationship with Nelly, and how it affected Hardy. Nelly’s real name is Cornell Iral Haynes, Jr., but rap fans have long known the baseball-loving 41-year-old St. Louis man as Nelly.
“The victim and suspect have been in an active relationship together since September 2013. On May 13, 2014, at approximately 0418 hours…[Nicole] stated…that [Greg] almost broke her arm. [Nicole] and Mr. Gregory Hardy were in a relationship since last September…they lived together during that time until March when they broke up and she moved out on her own. The victim further stated the suspect had been angry for a while now because [of] a short-lived relationship she had with the entertainer Nelly while they were apart.”
More shocking are Holder’s words that Hardy wouldn’t let go of the fact that Nicole had briefly dated Nelly while Nicole and Hardy were on break. So much so that Nicole told police her relationship with Nelly often set Greg off into a rage. Holder told the cops that Greg takes medication for bipolarism, formerly known as manic depression, which could explain why Nicole said that Holder and Hardy were drinking and happy when Greg allegedly went into a rage over Nelly.
“The victim advised the defendant has been very upset about this since March and often becomes very angry suddenly about it. The victim stated the defendant is on medication for bi-polar disorder and has not been regularly taking his medication.”
Searches for photos of Nelly and Nicole via Google Images turn up plenty of images with Nelly other women, but not Nicole.

Meanwhile, Hardy — better known as “Overlord Kraken” is posting links on Twitter to his Instagram account, pubbing his “100 (feat. J. Dash & Greg Hardy)” song by Mr. Mince on YouTube and Google Play. Hardy’s Instagram account, titled mrmaccarl, is getting plenty of support from Greg’s fans.
“The victim in this case is about 5? 10? weighing approximately 110 pounds. While the suspect in this case is about 6? 4? weighing approximately 290 pounds.”
All of the fallout from the photos of Nicole on Deadspin have put Hardy’s ex-girlfriend, along with Greg, in the spotlight. There are varying opinions of how Hardy’s domestic violence incident should be handled by the NFL in the wake of the photos making it out to the public. Some feel Hardy should be kicked out of the NFL whilst others – like Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones — feel Greg should be forgiven.

Meanwhile, Nelly made his own news earlier this year when a mugshot of Nelly was released by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department. The booking photo of Nelly came about after Nelly was arrested for various charges, as reported by Rolling Stone. Those charges included the possession of marijuana on April 10 in Patnam Country, Tennessee, among other charges, after Nelly’s tour bus was pulled over and weapons were discovered, along with the fact that the tour bus didn’t have the proper stickers. Nelly was released on bail on April 11.
