Are Taylor Swift, Calvin Harris Still Together Or On A Break?

Fans have been concerned about Taylor Swift’s relationship with Calvin Harris. It’s been nearly six weeks since the couple has been seen out in public. In case you haven’t been counting, it’s also been almost eight weeks since the two has mentioned each other on social media, prompting the breakup rumors to circulate on the internet.

It was also rumored that Taylor Swift, 25, and Calvin Harris, 31, were still together, but are dating in secret. Now it’s being rumored that Swift and Harris haven’t gone their separate ways, they’re just on a break at the moment. British tabloids are claiming that Swift and Harris want to cool off their hot romance. The first tabloid the Metro says that the couple known as “Tayvin” is “on a break,” while U.K.’s Grazia magazine says that their “relationship went from 0-60 in a matter of weeks, so it was perhaps inevitable that things might come crashing down.”

The alleged inside source also told the magazine that Calvin has been scared off by the public interest to his relationship with Taylor Swift. Previous reports have also claimed that both Taylor and Calvin freaked out over the engagement rumors, which makes sense since they’ve only dated since February.

“Calvin has found the circus surrounding their relationship overwhelming. It was incredibly intense so they’ve taken a step back and are cooling things off.”

Their relationship are also rumored to have slowed down when photos of Harris leaving a massage parlor emerged – and disappeared — onto the internet back in September. The DJ left the venue after his two-hour session on LA’s notorious Sunset Boulevard.

“Taylor was incandescent with rage when she saw the pictures and told him she wanted to break it off with him then and there. She felt humiliated that her boyfriend had been caught at such a seedy place.”

The reports also claim that Taylor Swift’s squad is making Calvin feel kind of out of place. He doesn’t like that her friends are always around on their dates, especially since they never have time for each other due to the long distance and conflicting schedules.

Amid the split rumors, Calvin has faved a bunch of tweets about his famous girlfriend. One photo he liked was of Taylor’s recent covers on NME Magazine and GQ Magazine. The tweet included the caption, “When @CalvinHarris is a lucky dude.” In addition, Taylor and Calvin have been seen liking each other’s photos on Instagram.

But the couple refuses to see each other, even if they happen to be in the same country or city. Swift and Harris do have the luxury to see each other, unlike most average couples. On Saturday, October 10, Swift played two times in Omaha as Harris got ready for his Vegas show. On the next day, Swift shared a snapshot of one of her Omaha concerts while Harris shared a photo of himself performing in Vegas.

An inside source told the Hollywood Life that the “Wildest Dreams” singer wants to make time for her boyfriend after her 1989 World Tour ends. The alleged source added “when she’s done this tour she wants to devote herself to other things in her life again, to being with her family, her friends and with Calvin.”

Swift even hinted to NME Magazine that she may take a long break, even from songwriting, after her busy year wraps up.

Selena Gomez made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last week. She confirmed to the talk show host and comedian that “Tayvin” is still together, and she even called him a “stud.” The “Good For You” singer said that she wished that Taylor would set her up with her very own hot guy.

Before Taylor Swift’s tour wraps up the end of the year, she wants to make more time for her beau, especially around the holiday season. Another alleged source told the Hollywood Life that she wants to give Harris his first very first American Thanksgiving dinner.

“Taylor and Calvin are already thinking about spending Thanksgiving together, and they want to do it with her family. She wants to show Calvin what a real American Thanksgiving is like in Nashville, and it’ll be a big family gathering with lots of games being played.”

According to the insider, Harris is over the moon with the idea. He can’t wait for the holiday since he never experienced an American Thanksgiving before.
