Warren Jeffs’ Son And Daughter Both Accuse Him Of Sexual Abuse Years Later

Warren Jeffs’ children have been very quiet over the years, but now two of them are speaking out in a new interview. CNN shared that one of Jeffs’ sons and one daughter are sitting down for an interview that will air on This is Life With Lisa Lang, which will air on Wednesday, September 30. The two have actually left the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints, or FLDS, and are now revealing things that they couldn’t share before about their life growing up with Warren Jeffs as their father.

Becky Jeffs is sharing that she was sexually abused as a child and only came clean about it when one of her sisters shared that it happened to her as well. On the show, Becky Jeffs speaks out.

“I thought, I’m not the only one molested, he’s done it to her it must be something that was in his nature. Where does it end? If he had this in him, how can I trust him? How is he really our prophet?”

Warren Jeffs actually has 78 wives and has 60 children total between them all. Jeffs will never get out of jail because he is actually in there serving a life sentence plus 20 years. Warren was put behind bars for aggravated sexual assaults of a 12-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl. Warren Jeffs tried to say they were his spiritual wives. Even though Warren is still in jail, Jeffs is in charge of the 10,000-member Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Raw Story shared more information about what happened to Becky and Roy Jeffs. Roy remembers that he was only 4 or 5 years old the first time the alleged sexual abuse happened. He shared that Jeffs told him that he should “never do this” and then later on started doing it to him. Becky even guessed that her dad Warren Jeffs probably molested 10 or 20 kids — maybe more. She has no idea, but is certain that it isn’t only the two that are speaking out now.

At this time, Becky and Roy Jeffs, plus two of their other siblings, are the only ones to have left the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints. It has to be hard to leave their family behind and start a new life, but they are now speaking out about what happened when Warren Jeffs raised them at a young age.

Polygamy is practiced often in the FDLS church that Jeffs is in charge of. This is what Warren Jeffs practiced before being put behind bars, and the reason that he had so many wives. A lot of times when people think of polygamy, they think of the show Sister Wives. They are not part of the same church as Jeffs and speak out often about how they do not like to be compared to him.

The show This Is Life With Lisa Ling will air on September 30. It will be on at 9 p.m. and this is a show that you do not want to miss about the Warren Jeffs’ family. AJS shared that Lisa said, “I do feel like I’ve been doing this a long time. But I think the shows I’m doing on CNN are edgier, a little more testosterone driven and more in your face.” Becky and Roy Jeffs will be speaking out about the abuse that they dealt with as children. This will be the first time that someone from the Jeffs’ family has revealed this much information to the world. Do you plan to watch This Is Life With Lisa Ling?
