Bobbi Kristina Brown: Bobby Brown’s Attorney Says Nick Gordon Is Guilty Amid Autopsy Report

Bobby Brown’s attorney provided a statement today, regarding the ongoing investigation of the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown. The lawyer revealed that Nick Gordon, allegedly, stands responsible for Bobbi Kristina’s death.

Yahoo Celebrity reports that Christopher Brown, Bobby Brown’s lawyer, released a statement this week, directly implicating Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina’s former boyfriend, in the incident that left the 22-year-old comatose and face down in a bath full of cold water in her Roswell, Georgia townhouse.

“In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon.”

Bobby Brown also added to the statement, indicating his hopes for justice.

“I look forward to having the Court hear the evidence in the civil lawsuit and hopefully the criminal action very soon.”

The attorney also touched on Nick Gordon’s recent withdrawal of the motion to dismiss the wrongful death lawsuit against him, in which he’s not only accused of causing Bobbi Kristina’s death, but also stealing from her bank account, along with emotionally and physically abusing her. According to Christopher Brown, Gordon only withdrew the motion so he wouldn’t have to give a deposition right away. Now, Gordon faces a deposition under oath.

“However, the Motion was frivolous and instead of having it heard by the Court, he has chosen to withdraw the Motion, ending that matter so that he could avoid having to give his deposition which was scheduled for the day he withdrew the Motion. Mr. Gordon will now have to give his deposition under oath.”

According to People, the attorney went on to say that he wasn’t surprised by Gordon’s actions, as from the beginning, Gordon refused to cooperate in the investigation into Bobbi Kristina’s death. Instead of providing an in-depth account of exactly what happened on the day Bobbi Kristina was found comatose, Gordon reportedly denied the request and lawyered up.

Lawyer Christopher Brown also claims that Gordon filed a motion at the Dekalb County Courthouse to remove Bobby Brown as Bobbi Kristina’s guardian, which was later withdrawn, right after Gordon received a deposition notice.

Gordon’s team of attorneys stated earlier this month that the wrongful death lawsuit is slanderous to their client, after filing a motion to dismiss the wrongful death suit. One of Gordon’s attorneys includes Jose Baez, a high-profile Florida defense lawyer who is well-known for representing Casey Anthony in a 2011 murder trial, in which Anthony was accused of murdering her toddler daughter, two-year-old Caylee Anthony. Baez made the following statement.

“The recent lawsuit against Nick is slanderous and meritless. Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love and it’s shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly.”

Meanwhile, Bobby Brown is busy preparing a charity organization in his late daughter’s name. Known as Bobbi Kristina’s Serenity House, the organization’s stated intention is to provide a safe place for people who are being abused. The charity also hopes to become a strong advocacy center for women across the nation to escape to if they are experiencing domestic violence. More information is slated to become available once finalized.
