Glenn Beck appears on The View, gets called a “Lying Sack Of Dog Mess”

It could have been worse. Rosie O'Donnell could still have been on the show.

He used those words and voice to be entertaining; glenn is a commentator with an opinion. He checks his facts as much as Whoopi and Walters check their facts. It is a skewed view. Their show is called The View and EVERYONE knows their view is liberal. It is based on ideas and views not necessary on pure facts. He is not investigative; he is entertaining. I can't believe they wasted all that time on whether Barbara came to him or him to her. Everything else he said is backed by his friends and they have their view of what happened.

I'm going to hafta take your word on this, Duncan – i tried to watch the video, but I got literally five seconds into the group of them talking and I had to hit stop – it's like nails on a chalkboard. Baba stammers and stutters around while pretending to be upset about some train ride or whatever, and Whoopi over there in the corner looks like her character from ST:TNG when she got pissed at Q for unleashing the Borg on humanity.

Difference there, of course, was that it was fictional, acting, and the fictional stakes were the survival of humanity, not who said what about who on a stinkin' train ride.

How these people continue to have a show is beyond me.

Glenn Beck deserves to be called out for lying about Barbara and Whoopie, making it appear that they are elitists. Typical slander against “the other side”. If someone will lie about something trivial is very telling – you can't trust a thing that comes out of his mouth.

Belinda – Whoopie has not let herself go – she's just being who she always was. She became successful without wearing layers of makeup, getting Bo-tox and facelifts, collagen injections in the lips, hair weaves and extentions, and couch hopping. She's had success on Broadway, television, movies, etc. all on her own tons. How has she let herself go when she's never changed. She looks pretty good for a woman of 55, and she's comfortable in her own skin. Why do women criticize the looks of other women?

Educated people tend to think for themselves based on their own research and expeerience. Non-educated people allow Rush, Hannity, O'Reily, Beck , Savage, Ingram, Dr. Laura, and Coulter to define their thoughts and ultimately their decisions.

FACT: Beck imitated Barbara Waters voice, in a very insulting way… as she “summoned” him over to her.

What I found absolutely hilarious was that they spent 7 LONG minutes on this “LIE” which Glenn Beck told on his radio show. Yet, I have heard almost all of the liberal View commentators defend Nancy Pelosi's LIE about the CIA. Which is more important? How can you defend Ms. Speaker of the House, third from the President, for lying about a federal organization which protects our country and then eat the heart out of a radio commentator for lying about a conversation he had on a train? It all seems completely UNIMPORTANT in the grand scheme of things and a waste of everyone's time.

He didn't lie about the train ride, he mistakenly said that she called him over. How many times have you said something happened one way when it really happened another? That was trivial of the women to make a big point out of who called who over. The TRUTH he was talking about was that the table was saved for the women. That was not a lie. He has witnesses. The women never disputed that, in fact when he tried to get the talk to go back to that Barbara kept telling him that wasn't important and that they weren't talking about THAT! They just wanted to make him look bad, but only succeeded in making themselves look like the shrill ugly women that they are. I can't get over how unhappy liberals always seem to be. They are supposed to be the happy ones, but they are always the loud unhappy ugly ones! And I'm really sick and tired of people with a conservative view being the ones called 'controversial'. When did that happen? I remember when the shrill women on the view would have been considered the ones with 'controversial' views. I couldn't believe the way those witch's railed for 14 minutes about a train ride and who said what to whom and when and how accurate Glens “reporting” was – as if he is a journalist ro something. If any of you actually take the time to get to know Glen you might find out that he is probably one of the most honorable men in media today. He does check his facts on important issues and mostly does the media's reporting for them because they are too lazy or have their head too far up Obama's butt to do their jobs.

Did it ever occur to you to see WHY people say MANMADE “global warming” is a hoax? Might it have to do with the fact that it hasn't “warmed” in ten years even though CO2 has increased 4%? Glenn only implied that barbara spoke first. He never said she called him over (listen to the recording again and you'll see I'm right) and if barbara (who actually is an investigative reporter) would check her facts, she would know that later in the show Glenn corrected himself and retold the story by actually stating that he went to her first. This all so stupid. I don't know why people who don't listen to his show keep saying he's a liar when before this his honesty has never been questioned!!!?

The real irony here is that I used to consider myself a leftist liberal. I'm female, pro-choice, agnostic, have loads of gay friends, believe in taking care of the enviornment, until two days ago was a lifetime democrat (switched to Independent)…but on all counts everything went to the extreme. If you listen to the clip again you will see that Glenn never once mentioned who approached who..he states “and the train took off and Barbara said”. So not only does it appear that in fact Whoppi and Barbara are lying but they turn around and accuse him of not checking facts. WHAT? They even played the clip on the show! People were so engrossed by the beating, that they didn’t even catch the fact that it was Whoppi and Barbara getting caught in a lie.

He states that the Amtrak employee told him the seats were reserved and she accuses him of not checking facts, something she was guilty of because the clip of him telling the story verifies HIS story, and makes her look like a fool.
