Naked Man Attempts To Eat Victims Face, Shot To Death By Police

Miami Police on Saturday shot and killed a naked man after he allegedly attacked another man on the highway and began eating his face.

The incident occurred on the MacArthur Causeway off ramp and escalated at 2 p.m. when a series of gunshots were heard coming from the off ramp.

A road ranger witnessed a naked man chewing on another man’s face and used his loud speaker to demand that the man back away while a female bystander waived down a police officer in the area.

The officer saw the man chewing on the victims face and ordered him to back away, when he refused the officer drew his gun and shot. After the man was hit and still refused to back away the officer fired at least half a dozen more shots.

The attack occurred just south of the The Miami Herald building and police have requested the newspapers video surveillance tapes in order to determine exactly when and why the attack occurred.

After being attacked the victim was transported to a local hospital with critical injuries, his identity was not revealed at this time.

Javier Ortiz, spokesman for Miami police’s Fraternal Order of Police told the Miami Herald the officer is a “hero” while adding “Based on the information provided, our Miami police officer is a hero and saved a life.”

Police believe the victim may have been homeless and laying down when the crazy naked cannibal attacked. Police also believe the man may have been suffering from “cocaine psychosis” which baked the body internally and often leads victims to strip off their clothes in order to remain cooled down.
