Tyga: Next Kanye West? Kris Jenner Plans On It!

Could rapper Tyga be the next Kanye West? If Kris Jenner has anything to do with it, Tyga will be a superstar before we can say “Rack City!”

Hollywood Life reports that Kris Jenner is ready to start shifting her focus from Kim Kardashian’s career to that of Kylie Jenner. Kylie has been dating Tyga for quite some time now, and Hollywood Life reports that Tyga isn’t quite the superstar Kris believes Kylie deserves. Tyga has had a mainstream hit song with “Rack City,” but he’s no Kanye West.

Nevertheless, Kris Jenner recognizes that Kylie loves Tyga, Hollywood Life reports, so rather than forbid Kylie from seeing Tyga, the superstar momager has decided she’ll help bring Tyga up to Kylie’s level, instead. According to Hollywood Life:

“Kris has now set her main focus as a manager for Kylie and Tyga. While she would like Kylie to date someone a little more established and bankable, she knows her daughter loves Tyga so she is going to treat him as part of the family. Kris is determined and will use all her pull, to make sure Tyga becomes as big a star in hip hop as Kanye West.”

Tyga, the next Kanye West? He’s got some work to do to get on Kanye’s level, but Jenner is sure she can do it — especially since she doesn’t have to spend so much time managing Kim Kardashian’s career these days. According to another Hollywood Life article, Kim Kardashian is more focused on her role as a mother these days than she is on her career.

“In (Kris Jenner’s) eyes, Kim’s career is set and she doesn’t need her help as much anymore. Kim’s focus is on motherhood, but Kylie is just breaking out and going on to great things. According to Kris, Kylie is now the family’s biggest star.”

The move to switch her focus from Kim to Kylie has been coming for a while. Earlier this summer, for example, the Inquisitr posed the question: Is Kylie Jenner taking over as the Kardashian fashion queen?

If the media reports are correct, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians momager would like to see the Kim-Kylie switch take place, and in order to make that happen, Kris would like to make Tyga the next Kanye West.
