Kim Zolciak Reportedly Joins ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Season 21
Season 21 of Dancing With the Stars is shaping up to be a wild ride, and the full cast hasn’t even been announced yet. Who is the latest celebrity said to be headed to the dance floor? It would seem that Don’t Be Tardy and Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak Biermann has finally been talked into doing the show.
ABC is doing this cast reveal a bit differently this year, releasing stars one at a time via various media outlets, rather than all at once. At the same time, outlets are getting insider scoop and breaking some of the news ahead of the network. According to E! Online, Kim Zolciak Biermann will be doing the fall season of Dancing With the Stars.
This isn’t the first time that Kim’s name has been rumored for the show, but in the past it seems the buzz was false or Kim felt it wasn’t the right time. Now, however, it seems that the Don’t Be Tardy star is ready to give it a go.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star is a mother of six and is married to football player Kroy Biermann. Despite all of that, it seems she’s decided that adding another reality TV show to her resume is a challenge she’s ready to accept.
As Dancing With the Stars fans know, Zolciak won’t be the first Real Housewives star to compete for the mirror-ball trophy. Fellow Atlanta castmate NeNe Leakes danced a while back with Tony Dovolani, and Beverly Hills franchise star Lisa Vanderpump danced with Gleb Savchenko.
If, indeed, Zolciak is doing this new season, who will be her partner? As PureDWTS details, a few partnerships have been uncovered already, though the network has not yet confirmed them. Kim’s partner isn’t known for certain yet, but the pros on the site suspect that Tony Dovolani may be back this season to dance with her.
Dovolani has yet to be confirmed for the new season, but it is believed that a male pro spot is still sitting unannounced. While the show could bring in a male pro from a prior season or a new guy for that remaining spot, many suspect that pairing him with Zolciak would be a predictable match.
Though there have been a lot of rumors and supposed Dancing With the Stars spoilers floating around related to Season 21, the show definitely has pulled off some surprises. A few more names are slated to officially be announced on Thursday, with just a few spots then remaining open.
Just how will Kim Zolciak Biermann do on Season 21 of Dancing With the Stars should her casting pan out to be accurate? Fans are definitely buzzing about this season, and things officially get started on September 17.
