Ed Sheeran, Wedding Singer? See Which Celebrity Wants Sheeran To Perform At Her Wedding
Ed Sheeran as a wedding singer could be a dream come true for many fans. Apparently, those fans include another celebrity who recently said she’d like Sheeran to sing at her wedding — even though she isn’t engaged yet!
That hasn’t stopped Demi Lovato from planning her wedding, though, and in a recent radio interview, Lovato said that she would most definitely like Ed Sheeran to be her wedding singer.
Sheeran isn’t the only professional musician on the list; Lovato also said she plans to have Christina Perri to play at her wedding, as well.
Lovato, who has been dating actor Wilmer Valderrama off and on for years, does not have any immediate plans to get married. Despite the fact that the couple are not engaged, Lovato and Valderrama have said that they’d like to spend their lives together. In addition, Lovato, who has struggled with substance abuse, has said she would not be alive today if not for Valderrama.
Perhaps the overwhelming support from Valderrama has contributed to Lovato’s desire to plan her wedding, though she doesn’t have an engagement ring on her finger.
Regardless of that fact that Lovato doesn’t have a timeline in mind, she’s made it pretty obvious: She wants Ed Sheeran to sing at her wedding.

Lovato made the comments about Ed Sheeran as a wedding singer when she was talking to the BBC 1 Radio Breakfast Show, which originates in Ed Sheeran’s home country of Great Britain.
Sheeran has been the subject of much wedding-related news lately. Last month, Sheeran helped a pair of friends propose to their girlfriends on two separate occasions. Sheeran assisted both Jack Roche of Rixton and Jason Boland of Kodaline propose to their girlfriends in concert, reported People.
In addition, Sheeran sang a surprise song for his friend, Ronan Keating, at Keating’s wedding. When he was in Australia, Sheeran even surprised a couple who had won a radio contest when he serenaded the winning couple with “Thinking Out Loud.” The wedding was paid for by the radio contest — Ed Sheeran’s presence was just a bonus.
Lovato’s comments are not the first time Ed Sheeran as a wedding singer has been discussed. Earlier this month, the Inquisitr examined Sheeran’s recent wedding-related activities and questioned whether Sheeran was simply a wedding singer who had gotten lucky.
