Courteney Cox Plastic Surgery? ‘Friends’ Actress Looks Unrecognizable At Premiere

Courteney Cox stepped out for the premiere of Hand of God, the upcoming drama series for Amazon, and she premiered a brand spanking new look that immediately led to rumors she’d undergone plastic surgery.

BT reported that Cox has firmly denied that she hasn’t undergone plastic surgery, while the Daily Mail noted that her “puffy cheeks” at the Los Angeles event made “her appear as if she had work done.”

Cox, 51, looked drastically different to how she has appeared in recent weeks, especially around her cheeks, which made her eyes look smaller, and immediately this led to speculation that she’d undergone some surgery.

Cox, who was previously married to actor David Arquette but is mow engaged to Johnny McDaid, has previously admitted that she’s used botox, but she’s adamant that she’d never go under the knife. She also revealed that McDaid has never put her under pressure to try and look younger.

Speaking to Closer magazine, via the Mirror, Cox explained, “It’s no secret I’ve had some Botox in the past, but I won’t go under the knife. Johnny isn’t into that whole Hollywood look anyway, so I don’t feel pressure to keep looking like a 20-year-old for him.”

Back in January 2013, during an interview with New You Magazine, Cox admitted that she is willing to go to great lengths to try and look young though.

“You know what, I’m game for anything. I’m very open to trying to prolong the inevitable,” the actress admitted. “I’m a big laser believer — I really think they are the wave of the future. I just did Ulthera, which is supposed to produce collagen, and I’m about to do Fraxel, which will get rid of all these brown spots off my arms, chest and face.”

McDaid, 39, and Courteney Cox, who is roundly recognised for her work as Monica Geller on Friends, have been dating since the end of 2013. McDaid, who is a Northern Irish musician who is part of the band Snow Patrol, became engaged in the summer of 2014.

Courteney Cox and Johnny McDaid recently attended the wedding of Cox’s close friend and former Friends colleague Jennifer Aniston, who wed Justin Theroux at their Bel-Air home. In fact, Cox, who was rumored to be the maid of honor of the event, was also believed to be the last in attendance as the night and soiree flowed into the morning following the ceremony.
