‘The Young And The Restless’ Scoop: Tender Moments And A Secret Plan Play Out [Spoilers]

Relationships are shifting during Friday’s episode of The Young and the Restless. Spoilers indicate that as one couple reunites and considers a future together, close moments in other pairings lay the ground for potential troubles. What can fans expect from the August 7 episode?

Ben and Ashley will talk about her health at the hospital, and She Knows Soaps shares that they will also talk about Ben’s ex-Marine patient who is struggling. Ben and the patient, James, will connect over their pasts.

It seems that Ben feels the weight of James and his struggles, and later he tries to open up to Abby about the situation. She is preoccupied with business, and after she leaves, James goes into cardiac arrest.

Victoria and Billy are heating up now that they’ve reconnected, and they even talk about telling the kids. However, Vikki has to rush off to work before the discussion goes too far.

The Young and the Restless spoilers share that Victor will tell Abby and Victoria that they’re tackling a conference together in Milwaukee. Naturally, Victoria isn’t all that thrilled about this, but Abby is proud that her dad believes in her.

Billy shows up at the office as well, and Young and Restless spoilers reveal that he’ll challenge Victor on his decision to send the women out of town together. Victor will admit that he’s doing it to try to keep Marco away from them. Victor and Billy will end up arguing over Victoria, both wanting the other to stay away from her.

Christine is pampering Paul during his recovery, though work gets in the way for her. Kevin connects with Paul to talk about the case. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that they’ll end up arguing about Detective Harding. Kevin suspects that Harding is untrustworthy, but naturally Paul thinks all is well.

There has been some buzz that Harding might ultimately be tied to Marco and the cabin killer case, but until now it had seemed that this seemed to have been an abandoned idea. Will Harding ultimately end up being connected with Marco and all the drama in Genoa City? Y&R spoilers detail that later in Friday’s episode, Kevin will overhear Harding talking to someone about meeting in their usual spot.

Also ahead on Friday’s show, We Love Soaps teases that Nick and Sharon will share a tender moment. Nick will see Sharon and Mariah struggling to put together a crib, and he lends a hand. They talk about Noah’s birth, and Faith can’t help but like what she sees. Nick will make a mention of how Sharon should be working on the crib with Dylan.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Dylan and Sage will run across one another at the park, and she starts crying. Mariah finds them talking and mentions Nick and Sharon’s crib project.

Dylan and Sage will head to Sharon’s place and Sharon tells Dylan that she wanted to surprise him with the crib. Dylan works with Nick and Sharon to finish the crib and Nick talks about how they’re all part of the same family now.

Victoria will hold back on talking about her reunion with Billy in detail as Abby questions her about it. Vikki will mention her concern that Billy seems more passionate about hating Gabe than he does about loving her. Abby talks about being frustrated about Ben’s work at the hospital.
