Leah Messer’s Twins Weren’t Put To Bed At Midnight? She Denies ‘Teen Mom 2’ Footage
Leah Messer’s twins, 5-year-old Ali and Aleeah, appeared to have an odd schedule during a recent airing of Teen Mom 2. During the episode in question, Leah Messer’s twins received their dinner after 11 p.m. and didn’t get to bed until midnight — at least according to the way the show was edited. As the girls’ night played out, MTV continuously showed a clock, revealing the times of certain events. However, according to Messer, the footage may have not aired in a factual manner.
On August 3, nearly a week after the show aired, Messer took to Twitter, where she denied her daughters went to bed at midnight after a fan brought up the issue.

On the night prior to the episode airing on MTV, Messer again hinted that things on the show may not be as they are in real life.

Leah Messer’s twins have been a hot topic on the show since Season 6 began. Throughout the new episodes, fans have watched as the mother of three (Messer also has a daughter with her second husband, Jeremy Calvert, who divorced her last month) fights back against Corey Simms’ claims of her being an unfit parent.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Messer and Simms’ relationship comes to blows during Thursday night’s episode of Teen Mom 2. During the show, as seen in a clip shared by Starcasm, the former couple was seen during a heated conversation, which starts with Messer refusing to give Simms more time with their twins because she feels they need stability.
“And you think your place is stable? I mean, I know for a fact they haven’t been where they’re supposed to be. I know they’re late for school every day. I know that Ali didn’t go to therapy today… They tell me how you say the f word all the time. How’s that for a mother? How they say you and Jeremy fight so bad that they have to hide in the laundry room? And that they’re scared?”
Simms also revealed his and Leah Messer’s twins, specifically daughter Aleeah, was cooking for herself as her “sleepy head” mother stayed in bed.
