Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Belongings & Dogs Saved By Aunt Pat Houston: Could Nick Gordon Face Murder Charges? [Video]

Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, remains unconscious in a hospice facility. The 22-year-old was transferred there after being moved first to a hospital, then a long-term care facility following the horrifying discovery of her body face-down in a bathtub in the home she shared with Nick Gordon on January 31.

Now, as family members visit her and stay close to her side, Whitney’s relatives have been given the sad task of cleaning out the Georgia townhouse where Bobbi Kristina was found, reported People.

“The Houstons brought moving vans and filled up an entire dumpster with trash,” revealed a neighbor. “I was concerned about her little dogs, so I went over to inquire. The Houstons assured me they were being loved and well taken care of.”

As for those who criticized the move to clean out all of Bobbi Kristina’s belongings, a family source defended the decision.

“The townhouse was cleaned out because no one was living there,” said the insider.

Among those visiting Bobbi Kristina in hospice are her dad Bobby, who shares the responsibility of being the legal co-guardian with Pat Houston, her aunt, another frequent visitor to Bobbi Kristina’s bedside. Actor Tyler Perry also has been taking time to see the daughter of Whitney Houston, with whom he was very close.

Whitney died in 2012, drowning in a bathtub in a hotel room. The subsequent investigation linked the cause of death to cocaine abuse as well as heart disease. Then only 19-years-old, Bobbi Kristina inherited Houston’s wealth and belongings.

When Pat Houston cleaned out Bobbi Kristina’s townhouse, she did keep Whitney’s mementos that Bobbi Kristina had treasured, reported Us Weekly.

“She kept all the pictures and Whitney’s platinum and gold album plaques,” revealed an insider. “Everything is at Pat’s house now. She visits every day and often spends the night.”

Although Cissy Houston is at home in New Jersey due to her health, Pat faithfully calls Bobbi Kristina’s grandmother.

“Pat calls Cissy and lets her speak to Bobbi over the phone,” added the source. “Cissy wants to be there badly.”

But where is Nick Gordon? Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend is banned, now out of rehab after being sent there by Dr. Phil. Nick is visiting his mother in Florida.

Gordon is being sued for charges including dragging Bobbi Kristina up the stairs by her hair, hitting her and knocking out her teeth, and embezzling from her bank account.

As the Inquisitr reported, that lawsuit was filed by Bobbi Kristina’s court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hargrove. The civil lawsuit charges Gordon with battery, assault, and unjust enrichment.

“[Gordon] accessed Brown’s bank account(s) and stole in excess of $11,000,” charges the lawsuit.

Following up, the conservator expressed the implications of the lawsuit, emphasizing that it represents the collective views of co-guardians Bobby Brown and Pat Houston.

“No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured. Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina.”

A minimum of $10 million is sought.

But although it is a civil, not criminal, lawsuit, Nick Gordon could potentially face charges for murder in the future, reported Fox News.

The Fulton County District Attorney is investigating the case now that Bobbi Kristina is in hospice.

“In view of the new circumstances regarding the health status of Bobbi Kristina Brown, we will be reviewing the case with greater interest,” said the DA.

And Gordon is their main target.

“The DA had assured [the family] that they have been investigating and will certainly step up efforts to present case to grand jury now that [Bobbi] is expected to pass anytime now. Nick Gordon is their primary — if not only– target,” revealed an insider.

Gordon has been under investigation since January 31, after bruises were noted on Bobbi Kristina’s body when she was discovered unconscious in the home she shared with Nick.
