Jenny McCarthy Says Botox Keeps Her Looking Young
Jenny McCarthy has revealed she has Botox to thank for maintaining her youthful looks.
Speaking to Life ‘n’ Style magazine, the 39-year-old TV presenter and model was open about her use of the cosmetic procedure, which has transformed a handful of celebrity faces into unemotive death-masks – but not for McCarthy, it would seem (see above). She revealed:
“I’m an obvious Botox user. I tell everyone. I get Botox in my forehead. I just have my doctor do a little shot.”
That’s not the only secret McCarthy has for maintaining her looks. The model and mom, who began her career with a Playboy spread, added:
“Having your sister be your professional make-up artist helps. And I just kind of take care of myself.”
In the interview, McCarthy also shed light on her relationships, and dicussed her cuurent beau, Chicago Bear Brian Urlacher. She noted she was cautious about how things develop with the NFL star, noting her 11-year-old son’s response to her partners was crucial:
“I haven’t made too many comments other than the fact that I’m taking baby steps. We’ll see. But I’m giddy right now. I have a six-month rule. I don’t introduce my son to anybody unless someone makes it six months.”
Unsurprisingly, McCarthy doesn’t have too much trouble finding dates – since splitting from John Mallory Asher in 2005, and then from Jim Carrey in 2010, she’s been snapped out on the town with a bunch of gents, while earlier rumors suggested there was even a tryst with porn star Jenna Jameson.
