Planned Parenthood Controversy: Organization Purchases Fake Pro-Life Domain [Report]

Planned Parenthood is being questioned by Republicans and conservatives after the not-for-profit organization reportedly purchased a fake pro-life domain for Wisconsin governor Scott Walker.

This comes after the news that Scott Walker announced that he’s running for president of the United States. The governor is not only pro-life, but has strong conservative and religious values, as seen in his video presidential announcement.

“It’s time to take the successes we have created in Wisconsin and apply them to Washington. It’s time to restore the values that made our nation great.

The decision to run comes after much deliberation and many discussions with my family and supporters. Spending time in Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina recently only solidified my belief that America needs bold, principled, and reform-minded leadership now more than ever. If we are going to do this, we are going to do it right. We will need to hit the ground running and build a campaign fund big enough to take on Hillary Clinton or whomever the Democrats nominate.”

Since Walker’s presidential announce, Planned Parenthood is rumored to have purchased the new domain, www.ReadyForWalker.com. It redirects to the Planned Parenthood’s Action Fund, the website affiliated with the abortion and birth control giant Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood is obviously against Walker’s pro-life stance, as they argued against his views several times on their official website.

The organization also released statements against Walker’s pro-life campaign. Planned Parenthood slammed him after he signed a 20-week abortion into law last week. Walker has been desperate to fight the critics who have slammed him as pro-life. According to Walker, he “believes in the sanctity of life” and he “will always fight to protect it.”

Planned Parenthood’s new redirect website was discovered on Monday, July 13, after Walker announced his presidential campaign. According to domain tracker Whois.net, an individual affiliated with Planned Parenthood registered the domain on April 8, 2015.

However, Planned Parenthood is claiming that they’re not responsible for the new website. A representative told Bustle that their organization did not redirect the domain to their official website. That same spokesperson also told the Daily Caller that “no one in the office has heard” of the new domain.

Planned Parenthood is receiving a lot of attention and scrutiny lately. The organization has been making headlines after claims that it’s trafficking aborted baby fetuses.

According to Breitbart News, Planned Parenthood was founded 70 years ago by known racist Margaret Sanger. The founder has openly expressed her hate for both Jewish people and black people. Although Sanger’s and Planned Parenthood’s racist history isn’t a secret, it’s still a topic that both the media and liberal groups tend to gloss over.

Even though the organization has done wonderful things for birth control and abortion, it should still be fairly criticized for its controversial history.
