Charlie Sheen Denise Richards Father's Day

Is Denise Richards Joining ‘RHOBH’ In Place Of Brandi Glanville? Charlie Sheen Is Concerned [Report]

Denise Richards is reportedly joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Season 6. According to a report by Celeb Dirty Laundry on July 2, the July 13 issue of OK! Magazine revealed exclusive details about Denise Richards’ reported new role on the show.

“The contracts haven’t been finalized but it is essentially a done deal.”

The report went on to claim Denise Richards’ ex-husband Charlie Sheen’s elaborate Twitter rant against Richards on Father’s Day was the result of her joining the Bravo reality show. In his rant, Sheen reportedly called Richards the “worst mom alive.”

This isn’t the first time Denise Richards has been linked to the show. In fact, she’s been rumored to be joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for years.

News of Denise Richards’ addition to the show comes just days after cast member Brandi Glanville announced she would be demoted. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Glanville alleged the decision to take on a lesser role was her own during an interview with Howard Stern. However, days prior, she claimed producers failed to ask her back to the series full-time.

“Last year was a really tough year for me because I felt like I played ball with everyone — I gave my all to the show and then when it aired I felt like, ‘Oh my God, they did me no favors in the editing room.’ I got really upset and a little depressed. But you don’t get a say. They’re making a show — they don’t care about us.

“I have so much more on my plate than this show, I talked to producers, I really didn’t want to come back. I have other offers to do other things and I said, ‘Listen, I will come back if it makes sense’ — if it’s with Yolanda or of it’s with Kim. Otherwise, I don’t talk to any of the other ladies, and I don’t like them.”

On Twitter, however, a while before the Denise Richards report, Glanville shared the following tweet.

Denise Richards has yet to respond to reports of her joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. However, if she has signed on to the show, fans are bound to see photos of her filming with the cast around Los Angeles, as production started last month.
