Kaley Cuoco Bikini: Actress Shows Off Ripped Abs — And Swimsuit Pants?
Actress Kaley Cuoco showed off her bikini body in a poolside Instagram photo Wednesday.
Perhaps one of the most “unique” highlights of the picture, besides Kaley’s impressive abs, was her outfit.
The 29-year-old Big Bang Theory actress apparently decided to complement her black bikini top and beige visor with skintight swimsuit pants.
“Yep. Leave it to me to find a swim-suit pant.”
In a September 2014 interview with Shape magazine, Kaley’s trainer George King opened up about the 29-year-old actress’ workout regimen.
“We train up to three times a week for one and a half hours. Kaley is most concerned with abs, arms, and butt. So we’ll typically do sets which would involve three to six different exercises or circuits. We rarely dedicate one workout to one body part—I opt for full body workouts.”
When asked if Kaley Cuoco had a favorite exercise move, King stated that Kaley enjoys focusing on the same impressive muscle group that she showcased in her poolside Instagram photo.
“Kaley loves abs. One of her favorite abs exercise circuits involves a BOSU Ball sit-up to squat jump, plank jumping jacks, and alternating prone dumbbell tricep kickbacks on the floor. Each of these exercises involve a great deal of abs, but incorporate several other body parts to further contribute to fat burning and overall fitness.”
Kaley Cuoco opened up to Us Weekly in a June 2014 interview about how she enjoys an active lifestyle.

She apparently takes full advantage of different types of exercises and fitness opportunities each week.
“I’m a big SoulCycler! I do it all the time. I’d say I work out four to five times a week. I do SoulCycle, yoga, and horseback riding—I love to be active and just get out there and be outside.”
Kaley Cuoco is not the only celebrity that showed off their ripped abs in a poolside Instagram photo this week. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, 52-year-old Striptease actress Demi Moore posed for a bikini photo by the pool alongside two of her three daughters.

Kaley Cuoco was officially taken off the market when she and her husband Ryan Sweeting got married on New Year’s Eve 2013.
