The Real Housewives Of New Jersey Season 7 cast has yet to be announced. Following months of rumors regarding who would be leaving and who would be coming, an insider confirmed to Real Mr. Housewife on June 17 that nothing has been decided upon quite yet.
“There have been no decisions. There is no finalized cast, there is no official start date for taping, and that is that.”
Since Teresa Giudice entered prison on January 5 of this year, the future of The Real Housewives of New Jersey has been up in the air. Although The Real Housewives of New Jersey has been a hit for Bravo for the last several years, many wondered if it would be cancelled. Luckily, that doesn’t appear to be an option.
In the latest Real Housewives of New Jersey news, via the Inquisitr, it was reported that filming on Season 7 had been delayed. According to a Radar Online report weeks ago, Bravo chose to delay production so that they could include Giudice’s release from prison this coming December.
“None of the cast members of RHONJ have signed contracts for next season. But there isn’t anything to be concerned about because filming has been pushed from the summer and won’t be beginning until late September, early October … Without Teresa there just isn’t a lot going on with the women. With her on board, cameras would film Joe’s final days with the family as he prepares to begin his 41 month prison sentence.”
Not only is Giudice coming home from prison in December, her husband, Joe, is scheduled to turn himself in. In October of last year, the Giudices were both dealt prison time after pleading guilty to charges of bank and wire fraud.
Although Teresa Giudice is not yet signed on to The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Season 7, Radar Online‘s source claimed there was no question that she would be brought back.
“Teresa hasn’t signed a formal contract yet, but it’s only a matter of time.”
In March, OK! Magazine claimed cast changes in regard to the other women of The Real Housewives of New Jersey were likely. According to the source, Amber Marchese, Nicole Napolitano, and Teresa Aprea were all in jeopardy of losing their roles to former stars of the series.
“Casting directors are thinking about bringing back some of the original women, like Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 7 will likely premiere sometime next year on Bravo.
