Lisa Vanderpump And Yolanda Foster To Be Deposed In Joanna Krupa’s Lawsuit Against Brandi Glanville?
Will Lisa Vanderpump and Yolanda Foster soon be dragged into the lawsuit filed against their The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star Brandi Glanville by Joanna Krupa? Earlier this year, Joanna, who formerly starred on The Real Housewives of Miami, filed a lawsuit in Miami-Dade County against Brandi for slander, slander per se, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. On Monday, All About the Tea reported that the judge assigned to the case last week denied Brandi’s motion to dismiss the case. A legal expert for the website wrote Joanna being given the chance to continue with her lawsuit against Brandi means that Lisa and Yolanda may be deposed.
The lawsuit stems from Brandi’s comment, made during her Watch What Happens Live appearance in November 2013, that Joanna, when she was starting out at a model in Los Angeles, slept with Yolanda’s then husband, Mohamed Hadid, during their marriage. When Joanna, who was apparently watching the show, tweeted a denial that host Andy Cohen then read out to Brandi, Brandi lashed out.
“Well, Mohamed did tell me that her p—y smelled. It’s true! I’m not lying! And Lisa Vanderpump was there when he said it. Sorry, b***h. I win!”
In December 2014, Brandi again made fun of Joanna when she made another appearance on Watch What Happens Live. After Andy revealed that he recently saw Joanna, Brandi asked him if he got sick from Joanna’s smell.
“Did you get food poisoning from the bad sushi that night? She’s stunning. You can’t help the odor situation.”
That was the last straw for Joanna Krupa, who filed her lawsuit shortly thereafter. All About the Tea’s legal expert notes that Yolanda Foster, Lisa Vanderpump, and Mohamed Hadid could all be questioned under oath regarding the truth of Brandi’s claims that Mohamed said such a thing in Lisa and Brandi’s presence and that Joanna did sleep with Mohamed.
Back when the drama first began, Yolanda responded with a classy tweet. As well, Mohamed denied ever saying anything about Joanna to Brandi.

Lisa also tweeted a denial that she was there when Mohamed said something about Joanna’s body odor.

If Lisa Vanderpump and Yolanda Foster do get dragged into Joanna Krupa’s lawsuit against Brandi Glanville and must report for their depositions before the filming of Season 6 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, that may make for a very awkward time for the cast. While Yolanda’s participation in Season 6 is shaky because of her struggle against Lyme disease, Brandi has said that she’ll return if there is one and she’s invited back. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Brandi recently said on an internet radio show that she would like to do one more season of the show before moving on to something less negative.
