Rumors have been swirling around Kristen Stewart’s relationship with Alicia Cargile. The two have been spotted together for the past few months. Now, it’s been confirmed — Kristen Stewart’s own mom says that the former Twilight actress is dating her personal assistant. According to fans, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, aka “Robsten,” remains unbroken.

Kristen Stewart’s mom, Jules Stewart, not only outed her own daughter, but she also gave her approval on her daughter’s same-sex relationship. In her recent interview with the Sunday Mirror, she has nothing but kind words to say about Alicia Cargile.

“I’ve met Kristen’s new girlfriend, I like her. What’s not to accept? She’s a lovely girl.”

Kristen Stewart’s mom had even more to say. Not only did she confirm her daughter’s bisexuality, but she also mentioned that people should be free to love whoever they want.

“I feel like people need to be free to love whoever they want. I accept my daughter loves women and men. It’s O.K. to be who you are in my world. We all choose our friends so we should be free to choose our lovers.”

Paparazzi photos of Kristen Stewart and Alicia Cargile walking hand-in-hand first sparked the dating rumors as far back as last September. Jules Stewart’s comments were the first confirmation of the pair’s alleged relationship, according to Vanity Fair. In her June, 2015, interview with Haper’s Bazaar U.K., Kristen also talked about her androgynous appeal and the sexuality rumors that constantly hound her. She also hinted that she relates to a character’s sexuality, especially if its fluid. Sorry “Twi-hards” and “Robsten” shippers, but Kristen is no longer Bella Swan!

“I’m not looking to tease people. I do gravitate towards characters I don’t have to step too far out of myself to play. Naturally, I kind of do like to live in the grey area of life. I don’t find it logical to define things clearly – it doesn’t make sense to me. So there is an ambiguity that I was able to play very naturally in both of those movies.’ I ask if she thinks sexuality is fluid, a range, a spectrum. ‘Absolutely. Yes. That’s something I abide by. Something I feel.”

That should’ve been a hint to “Robsten” fans about Stewart’s sexuality. There’s been several reports that claim that Stewart has denied Pattinson’s invite to his wedding. Both Stewart and FKA Twigs have taken digs at each other, behind closed doors, according to several insiders. It looks like “Robsten” is broken after all — not in the hearts of their fans, though.

If this is not a big enough clue, Stewart and Cargile were last seen wearing matching T-Shirt and jeans looks in none other than Los Angeles. The couple was seen taking a walk as they smiled and chatted with one another. Stewart was seen in a white Guinness T-Shirt and jeans, while Cargile wore a black and yellow Nirvana tee and jeans. Stewart and Cargile also made headlines when they displayed some affection on Memorial Day and at Coachella.

So, how are Twilight fans holding up? Some are happy about the news, while others are shocked and claim that they didn’t realize that Stewart was bisexual. As stated before, Twilight fans believe that “Robsten” remains unbroken, no matter if Robert Pattinson is engaged to FKA Twigs or that Kristen Stewart has moved on with a woman.
