Ashton Kutcher Buys New Bachelor Pad
Two And A Half Men star Ashton Kutcher, 34, has decided to make big changes in his life, first by splitting from Demi Moore, and now with a single family home in Los Angeles.
Kutcher, who has been out and about with screenwriter Lorene Scafaria, 33, purchased the home that he had previously been renting while the divorce from Moore was being finalized.
Of course, the home isn’t a modest buy in the least. According to Realtor.com the abode is located in the Hollywood Hills and spans 9,385 square feet. Ashton Kutcher’s new home also is equipped with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and just so happens to be the same house that Justin Bieber was looking at when he went house shopping a few weeks ago.
The house, which was built in 2006, is detailed as ultra modern with high ceilings, with an infinity pool, a two person soaking tub, and a private gym to boot.
It hasn’t been confirmed what Ashton Kutcher, who’s real name is Christopher, paid for the home, but the initial asking price is said to be $3.6 million.
In addition to buying a new home Ashton was in the news earlier in the week for offending country fans and artists alike with his questionable attire while presenting at the Academy of Country Music Awards this past Sunday. Kutcher wore a giant cowboy hat, and a southern cowboy styled shirt.
After facing backlash by some of the ceremony’s stars that were in attendance including country star Miranda Lambert, Kutcher tweeted, “I am one of the biggest country music fans you’ve ever met. Wasn’t making fun at all.”
