WWE Rumors: Top Star Suffers Big Injury And Is Now Rumored To Be Out For Months

The Brass Ring Club is one of the hottest and best tag teams in all of WWE right now, but, unfortunately, their momentum is about to take a huge hit. This past Monday, Tyson Kidd wrestled a dark match with Samoa Joe in which Kidd suffered an injury that is now rumored to take him out of action probably until the fall.

On Tuesday night, WWE taped Superstars before Monday Night Raw, and there was also a dark match. That match was Samoa Joe against Tyson Kidd, and in that bout, Kidd suffered some sort of injury that was instantly known as legit.

During the match, the referee put up the dreaded “X” sign to have trainers come out to check on Tyson Kidd and help him to the back. The Wrestling Observer has since reported that Tyson Kidd suffered some type of spinal injury during the match.

Apparently, there is a new policy (unwritten) in WWE that injuries are to be kept a bit of a secret. No talent is supposed to talk about them or really let out the severity of the injury until WWE makes an official announcement.

On Tuesday night, Natalya said on Instagram that she was going through some challenging times, but said it was related to family and not Kidd’s injury. On Wednesday, she posted something a bit differently on Twitter.

Wrestling Inc. is reported that Tyson Kidd is hoping to avoid surgery, but he will likely be on the shelf for at least several months.

Now, WWE has an upcoming live event in Tokyo, Japan, that is going to be huge, and it’s to be held on July 3. As of this writing, the event still lists The New Day taking on Cesaro and Tyson Kidd aka the Brass Ring Club.

It’s likely that this card will change soon, and The New Day will get new opponents, but there’s no telling what may happen with Cesaro. His team with Kidd had really been hot in the past few months, and this injury is going to be a huge blow to them both.

Samoa Joe obviously didn’t mean to cause the injury to Tyson Kidd, and it’s simply an unfortunate accident that happened. Hopefully, Kidd will be able to make a full recovery without missing too much time.
