Teresa Giudice Tweets Message To Fans From Prison: Can ‘Real Housewives Of New Jersey’ Star Return To Show? [Video]

Teresa Giudice thanked her fans for their support by tweeting a sweet message from prison. It’s been almost five months since the Real Housewives Of New Jersey star was sent to a correctional institute, and the 43-year-old reality TV personality wanted to show how much she appreciates their caring while also mentioning husband Joe Giudice and daughter Gia, reported the Daily Mail.

“Thank you everyone for all of the cards, letters, and kind words of support I love, love, love you all xo T!” tweeted Teresa.

However, she has about 10 months left in her sentence, which resulted from the guilty plea that she and husband Joe Giudice entered for charges of mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud conspiracy.

But was it actually the Real Housewives Of New Jersey star tweeting, or a friend or family member using social media for her? That’s still unclear, particularly since the previous tweet that came from Teresa’s account was Dec. 23, prior to her Jan. 5 entrance through the prison doors.

Giudice also expressed her appreciation for Gia, who is her 14-year-old daughter.

“Me and Joe are so proud of our Gia can’t wait to see her and the girls perform on Friday. Xx,” added Teresa.

What went wrong for the Real Housewives star and her family?

She reportedly was unemployed from 2001 to 2008 but then lied in a mortgage application that she worked for Modern Era Investment for four years. In addition, Joe did not file a tax return in 2004. Moreover, he did not report $1 million of earnings, resulting in cheating Uncle Sam out of about $250,000 between 2000 and 2008.

For Teresa, the light at the end of the prison tunnel is scheduled for Dec. 23. That’s when she exits prison and starts home confinement until February. But that’s also when Joe will begin his 41-month sentence in prison.

The couple have four children. In addition to their teenager, Gia, Gabriella is 10, Milania is 9, and Audriana is only 5.

As the Inquisitr reported, Teresa spent a grim birthday in jail.

Her fans urged everyone to send cards.

“Teresa Giudice #65703-050 Bday May 18! Send Cards please!!” tweeted @Team_Giudice.

But that birthday was accompanied not by flowers but by cheating rumors when he was seen on a double date.

However, Giudice’s lawyer reports that she has adjusted to prison by developing a behind-the-bars regime, which includes teaching exercise classes. In addition, Giudice works in the jail kitchen, a dramatic change from her life just a few years ago when she fought with Real Housewives cast members rather than burnt kettles.

With all those fans, once the prison sentence ends, will Bravo TV invite Teresa to return to the Real Housewives Of New Jersey? The network reportedly is delaying the season until Giudice leaves prison, according to Reality Tea.

Although Joe insisted that Teresa would not return to RHONJ unless she was given “a lot of money,” her attorney told a slightly different story.

James J. Leonard revealed that Giudice is currently negotiating a contract.

“Anyone who has watched that show since the very first episode understands that Teresa Giudice is the central figure around which the show revolves,” asserted the attorney.
