Biden Mistakenly Thanks Dr. Pepper

Davenport, Ia. – Vice President Joe Biden has once again proven that, for the media, he is the gift that keeps on giving. This time America’s favorite Yorkel referred to Scott Community College President Dr. Theresa Paper as “Dr Pepper.”

The Vice President has been aggressively hitting the campaign trail. He was at a campaign stop in Davenport Iowa when the soda gaffe happened. At least he was able to say that Mitt Romney’s economic policies are consistently wrong without screwing it up.

Biden has had a few amazing gaffes over the last couple of years. It seems that wherever he opens his mouth he is good for some entertainment.

When President Obama signed that Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) Biden said to him, well within range of the microphones, “this is a big F&*$ing Deal”.

At his first campaign event with Barack Obama after being nominated Vice President, Biden said,

“A man I’m proud to call my friend. A man who will be the next President of the United States — Barack America!”

At a campaign speech Biden said,

“When the stock market crashed, Franklin D. Roosevelt got on the television and didn’t just talk about the, you know, the princes of greed. He said, ‘Look, here’s what happened.”

Joe Biden, apparently unaware that FDR wasn’t president when the stock market crashed in 1929 and that only experimental TV sets were in use at that time

Joe Biden isn’t the only member of the Executive Office to have a gaffe this week. President Obama was on Monday caught on camera telling Russian President Dmitry Medvedev that he would “have more flexibility” to talk about contentious issues after the election.
