‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Jake Shifts Gears, Nina Struggles, And New Wedding Planning Begins
Fans are quite anxious for forward progress on multiple General Hospital storylines and it seems there may be some developments ahead this week. Will Jake’s identity be revealed? That may not happen quite yet, but fans are still going to want to make sure they tune in to the episodes airing during the week of May 25 based on the latest General Hospital spoilers.
Unfortunately for viewers, Monday’s Memorial Day episode is an episode encore rather than a new episode. According to She Knows Soaps, the episode airing is the one that was originally shown on April 1 earlier this year. There are throwbacks to 1963 and this is the episode where the truth about Luke’s past was revealed.
Once Tuesday’s episode comes along, viewers will be back in business. Shawn has a difficult decision to make. He’s in a complicated position at this point, having been framed for the shooting. While Shawn may still be on the canvas for a little while yet, as We Know Soaps noted, actor Sean Blakemore is leaving the show, so Shawn will be departing in some fashion soon.
Jake will get some news from Sloane and it seems this will lead to something he needs to share with Liz regarding his work. Jake is trying to get out from under his commitment to Sloane, but will he be stuck for a bit yet? It seems he may end up with a new job, and this is seemingly good news for Jake and Liz to embrace, but viewers will have to tune in to see what Sloane has in mind.
General Hospital spoilers also detail that Nina is struggling with some doubts this week. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Nina may be having some regrets regarding her quickie wedding to Ric. Franco and Nina are said to have a big blowout come Wednesday’s episode, while happier times are ahead thanks to Brad and Lucas, as they are working on planning their wedding.
Valerie is doing some job hunting this week while General Hospital spoilers tease that Sonny has a confrontation with a stranger. Anna and Sloane continue to grow closer while Ric seemingly connects with a new conspirator. Michael is working on a plan for ELQ, and Anna is haunted by what she did to Carlos.
When will Jake’s identity be revealed? While General Hospital spoilers have indicated that Rebecca Budig has left the show and the role of Hayden, it seems that there’s more to come regarding Hayden, Jake and Liz this summer. Laura is returning soon and she will be a part of Luke’s exit, and fans are not going to want to miss any of this.
