Susan Boyle Questioned By Police Following Family Feud Over Money

When 54-year-old Susan Boyle from Scotland shot to fame after her appearance on Britain’s Got Talent back in 2009, many people had high hopes for the quirky-looking contestant with the amazing voice.

While it was no secret to most that Boyle has suffered from Asperger’s for many years, it didn’t matter to most people who simply enjoyed her amazing voice and accepted her for who she is.

However, according to reports in the British press, Boyle was recently taken to her local police station and questioned due to a long-running family feud over money.

Following a heated doorstep argument with a relative last weekend, Boyle allegedly sent a barrage of abusive text messages, and that’s when the cops were called.

Sources in the UK claim that Boyle was having a feud with her family over a five-figure sum, money she reportedly gifted to one of her relatives.

The source revealed, “Susan had gifted her relative a five figure sum and was saddened she hadn’t heard from her in a while. So she went to her house, but was thrown out.”

The same source added, “Then she was texting and calling as she was baffled why she hadn’t heard from her. The police visited Susan at her house to ask her to stop texting. They were sympathetic and nice to her, reminding her that she has got some lovely people in her life.”

A second source claiming to be close to the Boyle family said that Susan finds it hard to “deal with emotional situations” due to her condition.

The family friend alleged, “Susan’s fragile mental health is no secret. It’s well documented she has Asperger’s. One of the aspects of this is she is unable to deal with emotional situations as it causes upset and anxiety.”

Cops in Scotland were unable to give any kind of statement about the incident when contacted by the media.
