You haven’t seen Nicholas Cage until you’ve seen him in Japanese commercials

A-list Hollywood celebrities tend to avoid doing commercials in the United States, but for some reason Japan has always been considered acceptable. Nicholas Cage is no exception, and appears on Japanese television promoting Pachinko from Sankyo.

Now normally Hollywood celebrities do standard pieces to camera promoting the product, but not Nicholas Cage. Instead, Cage goes Japanese crazy and sets new standards of WTF.

Here’s Cage’s Japanese commercials (they’re back to back in this video). Buzzfeed calls them “fantastic” but that’s not a word I’d use.
