Jamie Foxx Perfects Impressions Of Mick Jagger, John Legend

Actor Jamie Foxx proved once again that he is multi-talented – especially when it comes to music and impersonations.

The 47-year-old Oscar winner had a chance to showcase those talents during a recent visit to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Jimmy decided to play the popular game, “Wheel of Musical Impressions” with Jamie – a game that Fallon has played with such singers as Christina Aguilera on past episodes.

In the video, Jimmy Fallon seems to land on singers that he has already been seen impersonating before in the past – such as Bruce Springsteen and Barry Gibb.

However, Jamie Foxx was definitely thrown a few curve balls with his own “random” selections: Mick Jagger, John Legend and Jennifer Hudson. Foxx admittedly had never done an impersonation of Mick Jagger before, but seemed to nail the Rolling Stones singer’s on-stage choreography and overall energy.

However, with his John Legend impersonation, the You Changed Me singer knocked it out of the park! From his singing voice to his overall mannerisms, Jamie Foxx absolutely nailed his John Legend impersonation.

The All of Me singer was apparently impressed with the impersonation himself. Legend responded to the now-viral video with a simple, “Ha” on his official Twitter page Wednesday.

The fact that Jamie Foxx had to sing the iconic Toys ‘R Us single as John Legend made it even more memorable. Jamie’s final impersonation allowed him to sing just like his Dreamgirls co-star, Jennifer Hudson.

Hitting the same high notes and vocal riffs that Hudson has become known for in her own performances made Jamie’s impersonation of her even better.

Even host Jimmy Fallon himself said that Jamie Foxx was “absolutely brilliant” when they played the “Wheel of Musical Impressions,” according to a tweet posted to his official Twitter page.
