Miley Cyrus has been working hard on her fitness since her split from Patrick Schwarzenegger. The singer was spotted going for a hike in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
Cyrus, 22, flaunted her rock hard abs in a light pink Nike sports bra and gray leggings. She also flaunted her new belly button piercing. She also had her platinum blonde hair pulled back into a tiny ponytail. Cyrus also rocked a makeup-free face as she enjoyed the California sun.
The “Bangerz” singer looked calm and carefree as she walked through the sandy hillside, according to the Daily Mail. She worked hard on the body she has with a combination of Pilates, yoga, and hiking. Miley also has a strict diet that includes eating gluten-free food.
The entertainer is not just making headlines for showing off her toned body; she also made an impressive headstand in the outfit. Cyrus turned to Instagram to share a video of herself performing the trick. She included the caption: “Friday nights @ home alone be like…” Cyrus also had a rolled cigarette or joint in her mouth as she performed the headstand.
It doesn’t come as a surprise to Miley’s fans, as she’s always been open and honest about her marijuana use in the past. She’s also openly smoked the plant on stage during her performances.
That’s not all that Cyrus is sharing. She also took to Instagram to share a photo of her dirty fingernails. Cyrus proudly showed off the dirt that she’s collected underneath the nails on her right hand. It looks like the singer is getting earthy these days, as she’s been seen hiking, camping, and getting dirty.
It’s unclear why Miley wanted to share the photo with her fans. She didn’t include anything in the caption. All Miley did was tag her friend, Diamond Martel, in the photo. Fans were obviously disgusted by the photo as they commented “Yuck!” with a scared-looking emoji.
Cyrus has no shame when it comes to posting on Instagram. But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have a heart. Cyrus also shared a photo of herself with her younger sister, Noah Cyrus. Some remarked that the two look like twins. Cyrus included the caption: “Freaks me out how beautiful she is @noahcyrus #shesgettinolder #imgettingold”
