Bethenny Frankel On Relationship Failure: ‘You Will Be Okay’

The Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel is thrilled to be back on the show, even though the first episode was a bit of an emotional one for Frankel. Bethenny was still dealing with her divorce, and she was essentially homeless, because Jason Hoppy was living in the apartment she had worked hard to buy.

After the failure of her marriage, Bethenny Frankel has decided to write a book called I Suck At Relationships So You Don’t Have To. The book is about relationships in general, although Hoppy may appear between the lines.

According to a new Bravo report, The Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel is revealing that independence could save your relationship. But in her case, it could ruin it as well.

“If your relationship constantly gives you a bad feeling in the pit of your stomach, that may be a sign to move on from it. But you can also ask for what you want in a nondesperate way, and you just might get it. Then again, you might not. If you can’t sort it out, that’s what therapy is for,” Frankel reveals in her new book.

Of course, Frankel hasn’t exactly talked about what went wrong in her relationship with Jason Hoppy. Bethenny Frankel has said that she wants to stay silent on the matter, and on the premiere episode of The Real Housewives of New York, Bethenny revealed that she had said nothing to the world about her divorce.

“I just want you to know that whether your relationship lasts or not, it is also true that you will be okay. You have to know that, and when you realize this for yourself, your lack of need will radiate as confidence, independence, a woman who has a life. And that’s the sexist thing of all. It just might save your relationship in the end,” Bethenny Frankel adds in her book.

It is very interesting that Bethenny Frankel is talking about independence, as there have been some discussions about her marriage ending because she was too independent and too successful. Instead of speaking out about her marriage, Frankel has been spending time with her daughter out of the spotlight. Recently, Bethenny Frankel was spotted walking around the streets of New York.

According to the Inquisitr, Bethenny Frankel’s independence could have something to do with her divorce as well. Frankel and Jason Hoppy may be trying to settle the divorce behind closed doors. Apparently, Frankel has refused a settlement from Hoppy.
