Teresa Giudice’s Home Is Back On The Market

Teresa Giudice’s home in Towaco Lake, New Jersey, has been put back on the market after two months of being unlisted. According to an April 14 report by Radar Online, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s husband, Joe Giudice, took the home off the market in February, and was allegedly planning to allow it to go into foreclosure. However, in the weeks since, he has had a change of heart.

Radar Online reports Teresa Giudice’s home, which boasts 10,000-square-feet and six bedrooms, was recently re-listed for $2,999,900. The hefty price tag would mean a buyer would be responsible for paying an average mortgage payment of $15,000 per month if they put 30 percent down on the home.

In addition to six bedrooms, Teresa Giudice’s home has an office, a billiards room and two garages that can fit five cars.

Despite claims that the Teresa Giudice’s home was on the verge of foreclosure, which Joe was said to be on board with, a second Radar Online source claimed otherwise.

“[Joe Giudice] took it off because he didn’t want to have to shovel out for open houses and viewings — now that the snow melted he put it back on.”

Teresa Giudice’s home was originally put on the market last year, around the time the Giudices were battling charges of fraud. In October, nearly a year-and-a-half after their indictment, Teresa and Joe Giudice received jail time for their crimes. Teresa received a 15-month sentence, while Joe was dealt 41 months.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, the sale of Teresa Giudice’s home isn’t the only project Joe is currently working on. Earlier this month, it was reported he had signed on to star in a new Bravo spinoff series, which would follow him and his four daughters as they navigate through life without Teresa. Radar Online announced the news on April 6.

“The last thing Joe wanted to do was a reality show, but it was really the only option because there was no money coming in. With Joe still not working, just putting food on the table was becoming very hard without handouts from their parents.”

“Producers insisted that phone calls with Teresa be included in the footage. The family will be required to talk to Teresa on speaker phone, as well as to share any email correspondence they have with her.”

Teresa Giudice’s home has been seen for the past six seasons of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
