Hulk Hogan’s Ex-Wife Selling Sprawling 24-Acre Estate Bought With Divorce Settlement

If you’ve got a little extra cash laying around and want to treat yourself to something extravagant, how about laying down the scratch to purchase the ridiculously over-the-top estate currently on the market belonging to Hulk Hogan’s ex-wife, Linda Hogan?

The former Mrs. Hulk Hogan bought the sprawling estate back in 2010 for $3.5 million out of the massive settlement she received in their divorce — which included more than 70 percent of Hulk’s liquid assets (which equalled about $10.41 million total), as well as a 40 percent stake in Hulk’s various companies, and a $3 million property settlement. If you’re keeping count, that amounted to around $7.44 million from the liquid assets alone. Linda Hogan also got to keep an assorted array of cars: a Mercedes-Benz, a Cadillac Escalade, a Corvette, and a Rolls-Royce.

The home Mrs. Hogan is selling is being listed by Coldwell Banker Previews International, who describe it as a “celebrity compound.”

Aside from the luxury amenities, the former Hogan Knows Best star’s home also includes all the necessities every home must have, like a gym, an “award-winning” pool complete with waterslide, waterfalls, and an alcove, a jacuzzi, and a helicopter pad — you know, for when a Rolls-Royce just won’t do, and a private jet would look silly parked in your back yard.

Hulk’s ex describes her mansion as “like always being on vacation… I love to walk the dogs around the lake…. I can pick a few avocados, oranges or grapes along the way. ” She’s not being facetious either. There is a working orchard on the property that produces 60,000 pounds of avocados a year, as well as a small vineyard that grows Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Taking a stroll along the property will also bring you to the one-acre private lake that boasts its own nature reserve that is home to Koi fish, catfish, and turtles.

Today describes Linda Hogan’s mansion as a “five-bedroom, five-bath Tuscan-style villa [that has] a dining room with a fireplace decked out with a hand-carved wood mantle, a courtyard that fits a 13-foot table and a master suite with a large balcony overlooking the valley.” If you need a 13-foot table in the courtyard, then obviously the helicopter pad is necessary. There is also a 300-foot long fully protected dog run with a fenced play area with separate enclosure off the main house for all you dog lovers out there.

So, how much will Lady Hulk Hogan’s mansion set you back, brother? Only $5.5 million. But when you consider it has its own helicopter landing, it’s obviously worth it. Seriously, helicopter landing!
