Azealia Banks Gushes, ‘OMG, I Want To F**K’ Obama, Then Regrets Saying So
Controversial Harlem rapper Azealia Banks, 23, recently raised eyebrows when she said in an interview for Billboard magazine that she would love to “f*** the president.”
But no sooner had she revealed her private fantasies about the POTUS than she took it back, tweeting a mea culpa Friday night in deference to the instantaneous backlash from social media.
Admitting that she often says “crazy things” she never meant to say, she tweeted, “OK, no the part about the President was not supposed to be in there. I really wish I could take it back. OMG I was only joking.”
“Omg I was totally just joking and being silly in billboard about the prez I wasn’t actually being forreal I really wish I could take it back. #Geministruggle.”
In the interview, the cover story for Billboard magazine, she admitted a crush on President Obama, revealing a fantasy about having sex with him.
“He’s so fine. Those big-ass white teeth and ears hanging off his head? I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I want to f— the president.'”
Although, many condemned her comment as inappropriate and unfair on Obama, a married man with two daughters, some expressed the view that a young woman having a crush on and wanting to have sex with the most powerful man in the world was not remarkable.
But as if she hadn’t said enough, Banks went on to admit a bizarre sexual fetish for “meathead” white male bodyguards.
“I sleep with my security guards. I love security guards. They’re these big meathead bald white guys with blue eyes.”
The picture of her sexual life got even more complicated when she admitted that she has been having sex with many of her female friends.
“And I have had sex with a lot of my female friends. It’s a proximity thing. It’s why I am going to call my next record ‘Business and Pleasure,’ because I’m always mixing the two,” she said obtusely.
But she hinted she was looking for something “more permanent” and that she might have to “tone down” her lifestyle to find a “really smart man” for a permanent relationship.
She also admitted personal struggles to “take control over her life.”
“There was a point where I was questioning everything. ‘Am I brushing my teeth at the wrong time? Am I drinking too much? Smoking too much weed? What have I done?’ I don’t turn to anyone for advice. I do what I want.”
Banks’ latest indiscretions came soon after she caused a backlash following an interview with Playbloy published in the magazine’s April issue in which she expressed for “fat white Americans.”
“I hate fat white Americans. All the people who are crunched into the middle of America, the real fat and meat of America, are these racist conservative white people who live on their farms. Those little teenage girls who work at Kmart and have a racist grandma — that’s really America.”
She has also drawn attention for her Twitter rants against everything from gay men to Iggy Azalea and descendants of white slave owners.
Banks released her debut album Broke With Expensive Taste last November. The album debuted No. 2 on Billboard’s Rap Albums charts and No. 3 on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
