‘RHONJ’ Star Joe Giudice Sentenced In Driver’s License Case

RHONJ star Joe Giudice was in court on April 2 to address an incident in which he was caught using the driver’s license of his brother.

After his own license was suspended after a DUI charge years ago, RHONJ star Joe Giudice allegedly obtained a driver’s license using his brother’s information. Months later, he was pulled over and used the ID, which ultimately led to the case, which was seen today in court.

“Joe snuck into the Passaic County New Jersey courthouse back door for today’s fictitious license sentencing wearing a green shirt, sunglasses, suit, flanked on both sides by bodyguards,” eyewitness Tom Murro told Radar Online.

“This is the first time I’ve ever seen him wear a suit to this courtroom, he usually wears jeans and a blazer.”

The RHONJ star and his wife, Teresa Giudice, were sentenced on charges of bank and wire fraud at the end of last year, which garnered him 41 months behind bars, and Teresa 15 months behind bars. Months after court, on January 5, Teresa began serving her time. When her sentence is complete in early 2016, Joe will begin his.

During court, the RHONJ star asked if he could “move his vehicles around in the driveway,” but the judge on the case denied his request. Also during court, the RHONJ star was dealt a $10,000 fine, which his lawyer claimed he couldn’t pay because he is “destitute.”

As the Inquisitr reported earlier, RHONJ star Joe Giudice is reportedly in talks for his own reality series or special. According to an E! News report, the RHONJ star and his four daughters, Gia, 13, Milania 9, Gabriella, 8, and Audriana, 3, could begin production on a new show in the next few months.

The show would reportedly follow the RHONJ star and his daughters as they attempted to navigate through life without Teresa. However, at this point, Teresa isn’t yet on board with the idea. E! News claimed Teresa needed to know more details before she would feel comfortable with the idea of her husband and children being seen on their own show.

As for the future of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Bravo has yet to officially announce the show’s seventh season. There have, however, been several reports in regard to casting, which include the likes of Amber Sabathia, Traci Lynn Johnson, and Marie Bierk.

According to a report by All About The Tea, the RHONJ star Joe Giudice’s driver’s license will be suspended for two years, in addition to his fine.
